Hello Urban Rivals players,
The changes listed below will be implemented immediately.

Added to the Ban List:

Marina, Ramath, Raven, Sabia, Mama Killa, Nabrissa, Elvira, Gertjan, Martha, Redra, Moai, Cyb Lhia
Removed from the Ban List:
Striker (Striker Rb), Isatis, Yayoi cr, Arturo, Reeve, Coby

We decided to modify the stats of some legendary cards.

Big fan of the changes. I used a lot of these cards but they were OP and overused for a reason. Only thing I don't like is bringing Reeve back and I would have liked to see raptors take a hit (like rattle), but whatever can't win them all.

Also quick question- it seems like you guys are against splash decks in ELO why not ban it completely? Put a minimum of two cards per clan or something

I agree with Sahil23. Pussycats need Lucy or Nabrissa to be playable for players in ELO that don't have enough money to buy semi evolved cards like Charlie and Yayoj all the time. My suggestion for this clan would be:

Banning: Slayer, Leela, Sera m1, Clover, Yayoj, Ashikaze Ld, Lucy, Muze
Unbanning: Nabrissa, Diana, Clover Noel.

This way you can have a deck like: Diana, Clover Noel, Nabrissa and Mina. It's a strong deck but I don't think it's OP comparing to other cards that are allowed in ELO.
