Yesterday evening, Ongh gathered his Jungo brethren around a fire to announce his retirement, with his succession assured. The old gorilla felt the need to return to his lush rainforest and had an old friend who had found what seemed like the perfect spot, far from the urban rat race...As for Grudj, he doesn't attract so much attention these days as his look isn't quite as impressive as it was a few years back... Ironjaw had already upstaged him with his iron jaw and colossal strength, but it looks like it will be the Raptors’ new recruit who might cause him to fall into total oblivion... So, feeling suitably humbled, he bought his train ticket for a town whose name we’d rather keep to ourselves for the time being...
Find Ongh and Grudj all week in the shop’s packs. They’ll be again available on the Market from Wednesday. And as of next Monday, they’ll never again be distributed in the shop’s packs.

If there was a leak, then I have to agree that an apology isn't enough. However, I think we all know this really was just an innocent mistake. The main issue's with the money lost, right?
We all know UR's made mistakes in the past; however, I've ALWAYS found them to be more than fair and accommodating for their errors.
Contact the Admins via the "Contact Us" if you've got an issue. My question would be: at what time was the leak released on Facebook? Any sale after that should be entitled, and you can find when yours sold in your Sales History, making it easy to see who was affected, with a clear divide.
Since those who lost them would have gotten some amount for their original sale, is it possible to either remove Clintz for that sale and give a flat compensation (say, equal to the average price of those sold in the first day)?

Ok, so the market wasn't open for only 1 hour. The post on facebook only stood for around 1 hour or maybe more, like 2.
Market was open for trading for around 3-4 hours actually if I am not mistaken. More then enough for people to get Grudj from 30k to 100k. That is for sure around 30 Grudj on market only. Ongh too.
Now, even with my above post, I think we also have to keep in mind that the people who had the cards on the market were willing to sell it for the price they listed. So the only issue should be that they now think they could have gotten more. That's why I think flat compensation, via money, is fair. You don't put something on the market you don't want to sell for a price less than you think it's worth. Of course they're not expecting a Cr announcement to go wrong, but if there wasn't one and it sold before the leak, they'd have no right to complain. Ergo, the average value of the Cr when the market opens should be fair.
They had intent to sell now, so I see no reason for "but the price might go up over time as a Cr" to affect the compensation.
