Hi there! I too also recently return and was like WHAAAAAAAAT????

What cards do you have already and what's your preferred mode? Obv not EFC because that's awful but out of tourneys and survivor. What you have and how you like to play will effect what is an optimal deck is all.

Hi, why not EFC? Back then I only played ELO and as i understood this is the new EKO mode. I have no cards, just the 106k clintz. I dont really care what Deck I play, just the best I can get, so I can learn the game again.

Mim 32k Brutus 18k Gray under 1k Quinzel 9k Walkie 3k Miss Sloane 6k Ratchek under 1k Rocket under 1k this is your budget raptors z palace deck, obviously mortenzen would be preferred over miss sloane and rage over ratchek but they dont fit into 106k

So I bought everything and I'm not much off, having enough for Mortenzen, is he strictly better then Miss Sloane?

What's also nice about that deck is that it will probably do well in daily tournaments (if you replace Mim with someone like Hector) and is a great starting point for Raptors as a whole. Also, whenever she pops up again, try to get Chopper Ld to replace Ratchek as she is almost strictly better.
