Except on Polit arena and Z place when you can't use Edwin or Oshitsune for that purpose.
What I'm more concerned is that he's really similar to Bapho Ld (Low power + power reduction coupled with a reasonably high damage) and it almost feels like Nightmare only gets the one utility out of the two LDs, Bapho's DR not withstanding.

sorry guys.. i don't like what happened to Dudley Ld... i know it is feels like Oshitsune now, but i kinda notice the intention of shifting the clan focus into heavy power manips rather than stay encouraging the sweet high-risk-high-reward life manips clan that Nighmares used to be (for Z palace).
i'm happy for DJ korps tho.., after the reloaded, it's only up to him, Mefisto, and Christopher (probably Seth?) to aid Nighmares life manipulation department in Z palace. (they not even "high-risk" type of cards, yet all of them seem predictable most of the time)
Dudley became kinda boring, another NM power manip, like if Oshitsune was an uncommon card or something.
Maybe we should have "make an ability for Dudley" event again?

My problem with the Dudley Ld change is that Edwin and Oshitsune exist and he is worse than both of them.
I recommend testing him as a mini Ghumbo as that's something that's uncommon in Nightmares and gives more numbers that can be easily tweeked. You could easily start him out as 7/5 4* -8 opp attack min 15, his ability isn't as oppressive as say Raeth because it only comes into effect after 2+ pillz, but makes him a reliable and scary round winner with good damage that can contest other round-winners.
Alternatively, you could return to his idea of being a split card and make his stats more along the lines of something like Maurice or even maybe Scylia or in a different direction with an ability like Tiwi Ld or Lola or my personal favorite idea, a 7/2 with Victory or Defeat: +3 life, sort of like Ennio

So you made replacements for old pirhana cards so that pirhanas would have new cards in the Z place than you removed the old cards and gave them the new ones than you removed the new ones and now piranas are unused- What a shock? Who would have guessed it. I kind of very much like to wine about the weakness of nightmare cards compared to raptors and stuff like that but the uppers thing intreagued me. So have you checked only the use rates of the clans or have you checked their win rates as well. Becouse i think the reason for the uppers usage would be the sabrina mission i figure i am not the only one lacking only this mission. Becouse before the sabrina mission i kind of tryed to see hoe nega ld deck would hold and belive me it was a big joke no life sustain in higher rooms to get away wit hthe backlash from him and despite being 8/8 he doesnt eaven scare your oponent people would just like to lose the round vs him and the anti SoA clans thing is totaly josephine's job he is basicly useless and uppers in Z place in mono is imposible at least for me to keep up the good win rates most of their cards are duplicated like gail ld and dr six and you get either josephine or nega ld so to make a 5 star card ld he really need to be ld since you can only have one and no one wants a 5 star from uppers uless you are doing the josephine mission and its not very long one so you wont see them very often. But thats just my opinion on the matter.
And as for the nightmare giving either nightmare or some other clan those new generation "-2 oponent power per life left "to make mefisto's +5 life get noted in the game for starters . Battlegeluse was unusable before and is unusable now i would use her only in some coliseum where there are lots of hurakan otherwise she is useless and now nightmares dont have a playable 4 star card. So about mefisto. Couse lets face it every clan with more than one 5 star card that is permited in the Z place is a waste and only the uppers have the problem of really bad 5 star both aviria and the fang pi 5 star ld are reaaaaly ld. But maybe make something to promote him a bit and his combo wombo with christopher and like give them this super atk manipulator that would feed on the extra life from those cards? And the dudley ld chance was a total waste since dj korpse 4 star is basicly the same old dudley so now only the one that have grinded copyes of dj korpse can use anyway the old dudley ld although the new stats for dudley are promising and his old version became boring after 7 years or more. And changing something this iconic for a measly semi evo 5 star card to do the same thing is bad.
You can do 22233355, you aren't limited to one 5* card. Most people stick to the tried and true compositions of 22233445, 22333444, 22333345, etc. but you can even play something absurd like 22222555- sure you'll lose to basic variance a lot but those games where you have 2-3 5* card in play are always fun. I once played a 22224445 Momo Pirana deck for a few weeks with Raeth, Coleridge and Scubb because Taljion was banned that week. The odd deck comps like that just go unused because people look more to the times you have unwinnable 8* total hands facing down a solid average 13-ish star hand.
