As we've have noticed already, the majority of player base are the old players. The ones that clicked on a Kenny Mt banned somewhere online.
We have decent collections, ranging from tens to hundreds of millions.
Yet UR keeps releasing things that benefit us over the new players.
Butcher Braxton missions are very hard to complete with a cheap newcomer deck, and it takes far more time.
They have to pay for #Arcade when we have completed it all.
There is just no reason to stay, when you're a new player, you take your 50k clintz deck, and run into Maana Cercei, #Quetzal, Judge Lynch and get stomped.
You could make an argument that Daily Tournaments provides players with a lot of clintz. However, while you do not need many clintz to do well, you need experience, something which new players lack.
My idea is a video game cliche - new player log in bonus.
A player would choose one of 3 paths (could be the classic Timmy/Johnny/Spike) and gets a gift every day he logs in. The gifts depend on their choice.
All the gifted cards would be playable.
Day 1: 10 common cards.
Day 2: 20.000 clintz.
Day 3: 5 uncommon cards.
Day 4: 2 rare cards.
Day 5: 40 credits
Day 6: 20 bronze, 10 silver, 5 gold tokenz.
Day 7: A cheap playable collector
Should be enough to make a deck.
While UR does have the tutorial mode, but you need to find it, and old players still have access to it.
There could also perhaps be new-player exclusive promotions.
Update, stepson reported me because i put x130 cheap cards on his ps
Very nice kid, i'll give u bonus for this, so you can be mad even more.
With 50-100k budget & 8-12 hours a day you can make 10-12m+ clintz every month, or with limited time 30-50k+ a hour.
Game mode? training, all is required = research + method, no knowledge stepson? yes you have no knowledge.
Every new player who start with bad cards, cannot make any good cash, i'll give u best advice.
Join good guild, & start asking questions, if guild cannot help you to make 1 million in 1st month, find another.
I can recommend spanish/french/polish guilds, they are really good in doing cash
I honestly think that the problem is the app design. New players are not flocking over to the website. Why? Because UR does not advertise anymore.. I'm just assuming that at this point, All the new players we get probably saw the UR app under a more popular TCG. Then when they actually download they have to use the app. It just needs to be remade completely. Also, We HAVE to bring back auctions. One of the biggest parts of UR is buying and selling on the market. Why would we not have actual auctions? And no, We shouldn't have to trade based on trust. There should definitely be secure trade. The forums are not on the app last I checked and even if they are, Everything is just too difficult to access. I know you guys are implementing a guild page (Maybe you have already) but the app is just too difficult to navigate through.. Honestly, It is a little late for that. Most of the players who would have loved guild implementation have left because of the new site and app. When new players join they aren't told how they can use the market. They don't go asking for help or tips. They play the tutorial and assume that is it. We need a FULL tutorial. Explain investments. Explain guilds and their perks. Explain the game modes. Explain everything ALL IN THE APP. Uncluttered the market pages. Show more listings. Use a smaller font or something. The old websites market was perfect. Do something like that on the app. Show us some price charts with useful data again. Give us some animations.
When navigating through your collection. You guys need to get rid of that top set of option. Minimize it somehow and bring it up with a touch of a smaller icon. Get rid of that huge section on the side that is ONLY for deleting decks. Get rid of the entire section on the right with deck stars and amount of cards. And get rid of that huge border around the collection. It is like I am using an app inside an app. Also, Show cards like you do on the website. Show the Abilities and bonus'.. There is way too much wasted space
