Riots are ability reliant so gheist and roots are good counters also something like mono pussycats and even montanas because of cards like angelo, iris morana, leone, dr elisa, waller...
best way to find what a deck is weak against is to play with it and see what you lose to
@Hatinn Yeah, I will try GHEIST. Something with a bit of pills manipulation.
@619 Queen in general poison is a great way for DR decks, also gain life/heal is an excellent alternative in T1 usually as you don't need to deal a lot of damage to make a difference in LP. I don't see DR decks too often nowdays tho. Occassionally, yes/
@NeshkeBGD I think that, queen meant that she struggles vs DR decks as riots, which is why i sayd pussycats is a good counter
on all stars vs riots is kinda interesting and i can talk alot about this one and they have kinda of a similar playstyle but overall all stars win against riots (ps: in general all stars have an advantage there riots have a disadvantage and vice versa)
@Cross Black I definitely dont agree, piranas are not bad against riots but they dont have any advantages either also riots are good without their bonus
I do believe some Clans have dominance over others, but I believe it is not just Clan you should consider but ability choice.
If clans are not working, maybe you are using the wrong ability or cards.
Riots are vulnerable to Stop Opp. Ability. Some cards have strong stats. Ideally, I would recommend other Pillz manipulators or Attack manipulators to deal with them.
A common Riots tactic I see is playing multiple Pillz to recover while pressuring their opponent to play more.
Expert players can skillfully manage 2 rounds and save the strongest on the later rounds to counter Attack manipulation. Again, comes with experience with different playing styles.
