Only disappointment is the way exchange interacts with protects and cancel mods. Now that exchange brings in a third ability type, there could be a rock-paper-scissors kinda deal around which beats what.
This may end up making no sense, so bear with me...
Protection is intrinsically weaker than cancel opp mod as it only negates reducers, not increasers. But we all knew that.
If an opp modifier is cancelled, it then also can't protect itself- for example, Pandora (no bonus) negates Fixit's +Power Bonus, so even though he's protected he still can't raise his power. Sledg Cr gains no attack from his protected bonus against Raptors.
There are probably scenarios i'm not thinking of where working out who beats who would be a major headache, but going back to rock, paper, scissors:
-cancel beats exchange, and
-exchange beats protection, so
-why can't protection beat cancel?
Unfortunately, that is not true.
Protection Bonus only protects the Bonus from being cancelled by an Stop Opponent Bonus.
Even if the ability activates, as long as a cancel modifier is in play, it cancels the effects of the ability.
