Finally, the last part of the Dominion trilogy, Oon's Quest, has arrived!
In it, you can get to know the much-awaited exclusive Dominion member that you caught a glimpse of in the 2017 Christmas Comic
This character will be available on Wednesday, October 3rd in a one-off pack for 48 hours.
He will then arrive a fortnight later in the Elite packs, and two weeks after that, in the Titanium and Armageddon packs.
Enjoy the comic and happy gaming!
The thing I dont get. Why would I buy the comic, when I know that a special pack is coming out? I'd rather save up for something that actually helps me in game, rather than something purely ... platonic. Much like your plan with finishers and arenas that players will have to pay for, its a thing that will most likely not be adopted by most of the people who either play on a budget or free2play after all.
Thing is, you should purchase the comics to read them and to better understand the lore, not for the 5 gold tokenz... They were supposed to be like a little additional gift.
Otherwise we would just have to put Gold Tokenz packs in the shop for Credits, and no need for a comic at all
"I don't see the scandal about it honestly..."
No need to call it a scandal. No need to whine about comic costs in that regard. Or what does it cost to give the players pretty much the same extra as before (which is a virtual currency that has no real value and can't be bought with real money)?
You just took the extra away without any compensation.
And only you are the ones that made your customers get used to this.
Saying that this was only a special offer to start it doesn't work anymore. This train has left the station long ago.
You didn't even bother to inform your customers about this austerity measure.
Telling us that you did it on purpose to save money and let your customers find this out by themselves is just bad promotion of customer loyalty.
But no scandal.
@cakemeister the communication part is true (sometimes), but there is absolutely no transparency about anything in this game. We don't know how the drop rates are and the exchange rate from Tokenz to Crypto came from players, who teamed up to find out the exchange rate, since the staff refused to tell us.
Lol no scandal here. Some of it was a bit harsh, but I do agree with much of what Isolator GUB had to say. Many of the complaints could have been prevented with more transparency and clearer communication for the customers.
Also, there's TONS of free comics to be found online. I don't agree that "40 credits are muuuuuch lower than any other comic anywhere...", though I do appreciate that they must be costly to make and UR has to make a return on their investment. Perfectly understandable.
OMG, all this time I've been using gorilla glue. Well, I feel dumb.
For the record, I specifically bought the comics for the gold tokenz. If anything the comics were a bonus for buying the tokenz, not the other way around. I'd bet there are a lot of players who feel the same.
