A very strong release today
Kaboom can be a strong DR or a tall obstacle to overcome depending on when you play him. It all depends on how long you can wait to see how you can distribute his reductions between power and damage. If your opponent is starting of strong, he can just run out and take the hit, negating a good chunk of damage. If you have to wait, he can start to turn the tables on your opponent and drag their card under himself for the win. With what the Dominion already have, you will want to focus him a bit more on the defensive, but he can at least have a backup plan. He will definitely see play.
Madabook is a strong 5 star, though ever so slightly lacking in damage. 5 is ok, but you see a lot of 5 stars stating at 6. She makes up for it easily by being an All Stop. Taking away everything from your opponent's card can leave a lot ruined or at the very least make the round go pill for pill. A simple card that can shut down a lot of opposition, though she still worries over 9 powered cards who can stay slightly ahead of her. Another card that will definitely see play.
To be continued...
Cornelius is a possible powerhouse for the Roots. He is able to reach 10/7 against other 5 stars, and that can put him ahead of most anyone else. Add in his bonus, and your opponent will have little to go with to try and close that gap. As always with Equalizer, 2 stars will be his downfall and your opponent will try everything to match him up with one. He also will fall hard if you face GHEIST or another Roots deck, making him worthless, so be careful if you find yourself facing that a lot. He will probably used all over, but Survivor will be his true home, so he can almost always get the most power.
Missandei is easily the star here, being the Pussycat's big card. A 9/6 is already above average for most 5 stars, giving her raw stats to always be able to fight back. Add in her ability, and she will keep your life going up every turn. Being Regen, this will push her to be more of an opening card, though she is not dependent on it, so we will have to see if she becomes predictable. For now, she can easily wait if need be and just be a beat stick against your opponent. If you need her as a shield, she also has her bonus, making her Regen quickly take care of what damage you took. She will see play all over where she is allowed.
