To be honest with you Raitei, I share a similar opinion if you are implying Bugamon is OP in a T1 Tourney context. Indeed 8/7 is strong, even with Growth: -1 Opp. Power, Min 4. as and ability for a 2 Star Card.
However, if more data on the Meta is present and suggesting Roots and GHEIST or SOA are dominant or Bugamon contributes to T1 Tourney wins amongst other 2 Star cards, then his ban can be secured. It is a “backlash” card of sorts and is predictable at Round 1-2 in my opinion due to the negative ability. It even compares to Cyb Yose who in my opinion is a predictable play at rounds 1-2 assuming there is no SOA or Cancel Attack Mods.
For Ackh, I would compare to Hydraereva being an equaliser and all. In T2, Ackh does not have to worry about winning or losing and seeing many 4-5 Stars, no matter the result, you could get back 4LP. It is also an unfair advantage in that perspective since you could use it as an easy Splash Card in half decks or sneak a few Pillz to get 4 Damage in while healing potentially 4LP average.
With the other cards, I have no objection with their bans or lifts. I admit to using Flanagan as a Splash, even at the recent Coliseum. Mim can be used in a similar way against Attack manipulators, but otherwise, I do not have much to say.

Sure he is for Survivor, but whenever I went up against that card, the game was always a 5050, since whoever uses it is running a 40* deck. As such, having a both Dr and damage dealer, which has -8 attack as bonus is rather unfair
