Theme of Cool Attitude

One of the founding fathers of Riotspolis and the last descendant of one of the most prestigious families of the Poldachie-Golgovine, Atlas made his fortune developing the largest urban hubs of the world. Feeling dissatisfied by the interference of the politicians in his projects and ready to give in and dissapear he was approached by the Patriarch about the foundation of a project the first of its kind. Atlas knew it would be his magnum opus: an entire city founded on the principles of genius and freedom unencumbered by the unnecessary regulations of his contemporaries. With Pericles Mt handling the ideas, Atlas was given carte blanche for the infrastructure of Riotspolis and so, his most grand development project was on its course to being the most important event of the century.


The card is balanced with the parallel of Shann Cr with Atlas being more consistent but more vulnerable to SoA. His low damage also makes him a relatively risky mindgame play and his great stable power allows for consistent victories. I considered semi-evos options but none seemed very fair while being simultaneously interesting.

Theme: "monster"

"Master of trickery and mischief" the only known fact about this shapeshifter. The rest is just the test of one's own imagination; some say that he is an outcast of the Sakrohm, others, that he was a GHEIST genetic experiment. Maybe the most common belief is that he is one of the chiefs of "The Eye", hence its given name Eye-D

Mimic 3: At the start of the game, choose a card remaining in your deck, this card becomes a copy of that card. You lose 3 health.

abilities such as this give more depth to gameplay and deck building, allowing you to maybe change how you build a deck and make decisions in game to counter your opponent's decks. Also in UR once you draw your cards that's it can't change anything, so this would also give a fresh feel to the game.
