Greetings to all,
I propose a small survey that will be useful to our small team for the continuation of the projects on Urban Rivals.
What do you think are the priorities for UR? in terms of game.
Obviously THE priority is to recruit more new players, but that is currently underway, so there’s no need to talk about it here.
I will list them below, and you can access them via this survey (in English, but it will be the same order)
A- redesign of match-making (more precise algorithm, and search in task background)
B- addition of miscellaneous notifications (obtaining rewards, rankings, etc.)
C- new Arcade adventure
D- fusion of training and training rooms no pillz
E- total redesign of the guilds (awareness level replaces the level, no more champions, challenge system between guilds etc.)
G- event tool redesign
H- market on the app
I- black market (alternative market)
J- nothing at all, just more people!
It’s on you now:
We will talk about the results in a month…
Have a nice day
How difficult would it be to implement a two v two structure? 4 rounds, you get matched with two skirmishes per match. Example:
1 v 3, 2 v 4
1 v 4, 2 v 3
1 v 3; 2 v 4
Changes game mechanics to where one of the teammates might have a worse pull than the other, two fully mono decks vs one mono and one dual clan deck, whichever team has the most health by the end wins. So many cool strategies could arise from it.
I'm mostly a positive guy myself, every change pleases me somehow. That being said, there are still a few things that I think should be implemented.
- Secure Trade. Like others have said, it's weird that we have only one method of trading in a TCG. To avoid multi account abuse, make a place in the website where all the secure trades are shown. Kinda like a history tab, maybe on each player's profile. Everyone could be able to see it and, if there's anything weird, report it to the staff. The staff would investigate it and take actions according to the situation.
- Deathmatch as a temporary mode. Here's an example of what a month in the game could be like:
EFC Week 1: Deathmatch
EFC Week 2: Terminus
EFC Week 3: Shift
EFC Week 4: End of the season, so no additional game mode. This week would also be used to discuss the shift changes.
The return of DM, but as a temporary mode, could avoid those ridiculous exp boosts you do every now and then. Make it a game mode with good exp rewards, but no ways of experienced players exploiting it. Make them need to play in order to get the exp, instead of using MTs + pfulls.
I don't think we need another "temporary mode".
We need more modes that you can start playing the moment you are in the mood for it.
DM gotta be permanent again imho.
But that doesn't mean that there couldn't be an improved XP gaining system. I like that idea.
Deathmatch already has been the room to level up faster than in any other room.
But also I really like that the MTs have some extra benefits.
But this definitely has potential.
Just a thought: What about a way to control inflation? Keep the prices the way they are without letting them increase. In 2-3 years, cards may have doubled prices while I'm busy trying to save up for them. I get it, the rarity of the cards plays a factor, but some of the cheap, cheap, cheap cards are the same price they always have been and here I am busting my butt for #Lyse Teria Cr and General Mt.
It would be nice to see a more "efficient" way of getting these cards rather than just a bland grind. I keep thinking about all of the cards in the old accounts no one will ever access again and how I can't have them.
