You can use the this to filter out banned cards:
Collection => My Collection => All Formats => Tourney Type 1/Tourney Type 2/EFC To filter the bans.
You can also select the "i" button for more details about the bans on My Collection.
Here is my personal insight to the bans:
Eyrik. Dunno about the Power Modif Clans, but I think his ability contributes to overall winning matches. Not much to say.
Eklore: Pillz Manipulation might be hard to deal with in T1 or 7 Power and Damage is a lot. Her ban is hard to talk about for me without knowing the top clans personally speaking.
Hugo: Along with Montana, Sakrohm, Raptors, he can increase attack manipulations. His base damage and ability was boosted in the past to account for him being a Survivor Leader. Note his ability is Attack +7. It can help overcome the chances of a tie better than Attack +6. (Solomon is not banned in Tourney).
Morphun: His maximum has increased as he was intended to be a Survivor Leader. In T1, his ability makes it easy to get Pillz to manage fights on tight star counts.
Redfield: Her equaliser ability can help reach high damage. She also has high base power of 9 and might contribute to Sentinel being a top clan.
Personal Note: Similar to Walkie Vs Quinzel, in the past the ban was placed on Quinzel who had a higher base power. I assume Copper Cr was also taken into consideration when considering Redfield's ban.
Type 1 and 2:
Merweiss Cr. With or without Memento, the Mindwipe ability is really powerful at removing Pillz and Life Points. It not only makes easy KOs but also is a strong Pillz manipulator which is very strong in Tourney.
Lady Ametia. With a potential base power of 13, especially in Round 1 where LP is full she can be difficult to overcome for majority of cards not banned in Tourney. Easy for Splash card as well. In addition, her ability is available at all levels, potentially making her a 13/4, 13/5 or 13/7.
Ed 25: Being a card with high base stats and a good attack manipulator, he might be a contributing factor towards the strength of La Junta. Even when used in mono/half or Splash as a 4/5 Star, he has strong base stats and easily does 2HKOs. (Though I'd argue he's more dangerous as a 5 Star).
Jam&Earlxxt: This card can easily help with 2HKO. With Protection Power and Damage along with good stats, this card might contribute towards Ulu Watu's performance and is tough to deal with.
Bahari: She does have a strong ability of +5 Attack Per Opp. Damage. In addition, with a SemiEvo choice, she is easily a good Splash Card that is comparable to Judge Lynch and Dollum who are banned. While she has more counters than Dollum, it is the fact she can easily be used as a Splash that might contribute to her ban.
Raven: While she is a Support card, I assume she was banned cause of Mono La Junta being popular and winning in Tourney. In addition, she can easily OHKO and along with Ed 25 might be a contributing factor towards La Junta.
Staff tend to ban these types of cards in Tourney from what I see.
Easy OHKO: General Mt. Makes matches too quick or scares Pillz wastage.
Heavy damage reducers with low minimums that stall matches: Uranus, GraksmxxT Mt *(Would argue also for Valhala Cr)
Easy Splash cards: Dollum, Spiaghi Mt (Rather subjective, but I forgot the actual wording)
Cards that stall matches and don't help users score points: Nekron, Butcher Braxton
Cards that contribute towards their clan being unnecessarily strong or generally hard to beat. Roderick, Nero, #Ymirah Cr.
Typically the intent is to balance all clans. (Note: I have no idea who exactly are the top clans and the top cards for tourney. Only Admins should have that knowledge as far as I'm aware).
Disclaimer: These are my personal views which are in no way endorsed by any member of the UR Staff and just my insight why I think those cards are banned.
