'Vansaar (though I’m not even convinced) and Timber were designed to be for EFC and Survivor as far as I know'
Both Vansaar and Timber are cards that are not meant for competitive play.
Vansaar is for the Training room.
Timbers benefit is too small to be competitive
The rest is fairly accurate, although i doubt the viability of Solomon in EFC.

"Mr Big Duke is a leader that you get rewarded by reaching level 90. Reaching level 90 is a hard and not a thing a lot people do. Therefore it makes sense to triple drop him"
It is quite ridiculous that this is even considered a promotion. How does tripling a card's [whose drop-rate isn't even transparent] that is worth 150k entice anyone to spend or purchase credits?
During the Memento promotion, where someone said they bought 250 Titanium packets yet didn't get a single Memento illustrates how appalling the promotion was.
If Memento's drop rate is 1% [a reasonable estimation in my opinion - anything less than this would be absurd but the staff don't publish these numbers which is bizarre to begin with] then during the promotion it would have been 3%.
This means that 1 - (.97^250) would have been the chance of that player getting a Memento which is 99.95%. The fact that they didn't get one is quite suspicious.
"Vansaar (though I’m not even convinced) and Timber were designed to be for EFC and Survivor as far as I know."
Neither of these Leaders are designed to be played competitively because they're obtained at level 5 and 10 respectively when EFC/Survivor unlock(ed) at level 15.
Duke is freakin Apex leader. I hope they don’t nerf his 9 power one day. He can even fight along your other cards. Protecting all damage. Beast.
Hugo is pretty dope. Amber can be really destructive when used right. Eric... just use Hugo. Morphin people love him, I don’t see it. Almost unlocked Momento, I have my deck ready to go. Have to wait and see but I feel like it’s pretty epic for T3. I would use it without him but he has potential to be the best leader for the deck. Only hint is there are 3-4 condition cards that now are just annoying. With no conditions if Momento is on the table become basically double annoying because you can use courage as reprisal and 1 confident that now can be used full ability anytime.
Here's how I see the leaders.
Vansaar: His not build for elo in any way because of his ability. His ability would destroy semi evolves so it's a no for elo. His more build for training mode because of his ability.
Timber: His a good card for new players and help a lot when it comes to ko. But I would have to say his in my opinion only fitting for free fight.
Hugo, Memento and Ashigaru all fit well in tournament mode. Hugo give that extra final attack bonus to your attack score ,Memento removes the condition of ability and makes it so that you can play whatever condition card you want. Ashigaru gives you a advantages of always play second which can help a lot in tournament mode.
John Doom, Mr Big Duke, Robert Cobb, Solomon, #Amber, Eyrik and Vholt all fit well in survivor in my opinion. In survivor you either want to control the power or damagde of the battle. Almost all of the mentioned leaders can help with that. Cobb helps out with rainbow deck with also a big factor for survivor. Lastly Solomon helps out in the matches where you and your opponents will end up in a tie.
Melody, Bridget, Eklore and Morphun all fit perfect in elo. In elo as I see it life and pillz are a winning factor and therefore these cards fit well in.
