This card is still in New blood. So correct me if i'm wrong but wouldn't it be more worth it to buy new bloods pack instead of the other packs. Even with double droprate.

Don't forget the game has different tiers for droprates, meaning not every 3* uncommon has the same drop rate and who know how low they programmed Sansot's drop rate in the NB packs.

Sure, but NB only contains 45 characters. Even if you choose the 4 or 5 clans with the least amount of characters, the pool is much bigger.
And as far as I can tell (from opening some (or some more) packs) the droprate on M2 Sansot is not that bad in the NB packs.
