Isn't the idea precisely to sell more? Isn't that what advertisement and publicity is for? Say a McDonalds ad, they will show you a good-looking burger, but once you go and buy it it may not look as good as in the ad. Are you gonna complain at McDonalds for not showing you EXACTLY how the burger looked? Idk

What would be the difference if Staff said "This card has a 3% drop rate"? With a X3 Drop rate, it'll go to 9%, would you buy it anyways? It's up to you, right? Test your luck

But what if you don't know the drop rate, and staff said is increased, whatcha gonna do? Buy it and test your luck? Isn't it the same? In the end you still need to buy it and you still depend on luck

I do wish UR would publish their droprates but I also don't think it's that important. If they say x3 droprate, I just interpret that as: "better chance than usual." Would you rather have a better chance than usual? Then buy now. If not, wait til it goes back to the usual dismal droprate....

@HipHoppa sorry, but that is a naiv mindset. 0.3% instead of 0.1% is still next to nothing and i would never spend anything on such a drop rate. it's completely reasonable to criticize the transparency of a f2p game, especially one that interacts with its community like UR does.

Agree with @HipHoppa, that's precisely what I tried to say with my previous message, regardless of what the droprate is, if it is increased by x3 or x4 or x5, your chances of getting that card increases automatically

Thing is, if Staff decides to reveal the standard droprates and they end up being sth like 2% or less, would people stop buying the packs? Most people demanding the droprates to be revealed seem to be the kind of person who would stop buying packs if they knew the droprates were that low. So no matter if you increase it x20 times, they wouldn't probably buy any pack anyway.

Some people focus on numbers, the probability, and that's cool, but in the end it's still a matter of luck, that's why most players (including me) do not really care if the droprates get revealed and celebrate events with increased droprates, regardless of what it is. Cause you could have a 90% droprate, but your unluckiest day, or a 3% droprate and the luckof a million men

So since #Lyse Teria Cr is becoming mt it's officially clear now that not every clan needs a mt before other clans can get a second mt. Some people might point out and say that it was already clear since the Lizbeth Mt announcement. But because she had a new form cough Volkan Cr cough, people didn't quite believe it. But enough of that.

With Lyse joining the mt ranks we now have 22 mythic. At lot of these cards that have become mythic makes a lot of sense looking at the current cr prices. To earn the cr status days feel less impressive because of different factors. Mostly the cr status have become some kind of middle stages between being a regular card and exclusive card. Cr cards is not obtainable from normal packs but it still not exclusive to the market because It's obtainable from crypto packs.

So it's delightful to see these fowling cards having the mt status and to see cards like these fowling cards becoming mt in the future. Dounia Mt, Scarlett Mt, Manon Mt, Dragan Mt, Sigmund Mt, Kerozinn Mt, Tanaereva Mt, #Canibal, Nemo Mt, General Mt and Lyse Teria Mt. All these mentioned cards deserve there mythic status in my opinion because of this. A: Most of them became cr quickly of there release and B: Some of them history wise brought a meta to the game that made them broke back them. That's reason why Jackie and the rest of the big 5 deserve mythic status.

The not mentioned mythic cards, mostly became mt because of lore.

Interestingly enough going back over the MT almost everyone met the criteria you put out. The only ones that didn't meet it were Pericles Mt and Dregn Mt despite being one of the first 9pwr and a virtual 8/8 never saw the same ban rates as the other cards you didn't mention, and they clearly were lore based MTs. Some of the unmentioned cards are still banned in 3 formats or seen the banlist off and on despite some of them being over 10 years old.

We have yet to have a "for collection only" cr go mt that didn't meet your 3 criteria. I wonder if a card like Terry Cr will ever go
