My point was. That we don't have any information about changes only that he got a new art. So complaining isn't going to do anything

I don't know why you expect extra information Morten. This new evo is just because they think DJ Korr deserved 5 evos and subsequently 5 different art styles. DJ Korr is legendary and therefore they update him to a 2020 version to commemorate him.

Some (translated) quotes of Saga:
"Tastes differ, but the important thing is that our beautiful DJ has one more evo to discover"
"enjoy this great artwork and this crazy card!"

Next to that he explained that letting players choose the art they want to see ruins the idea of evos and is a technical mess and that the stats of Dj Korr are too iconic too change.

@DUC Edwin in the instagram q&a they also teased DJ Korr "coming back to Clint City". I think that's also a reason why they gave him that new final art.
