We’d like to thank ALL the moderating teams for the work they’ve carried out over so many years. But as the game and its players have evolved, we need to adapt to these changes.
And to do that, we’re going to reset the counters to zero in terms of moderating:
1- All the Moderators and other similar ranks such as the “event team” can go to back to playing the game as “normal” players without any particular responsibilities.
2- Next, we’ll open up applications for the new Moderator posts.
This will be a unique rank with 2 main responsibilities:
- to accompany the player, to act as a tutor
- to facilitate the forums, auctions, mini-games, etc.
And to flag up problems, they’ll have tools at their disposal with which to moderate. Any suspicion of cheating or fraudulent resale will be addressed to just one place: Customer Service. The most serious cases will be immediately flagged up to the relevant authorities and the outcome will be the player’s sole responsibility.
We advise our players to come have fun at Urban Rivals and nothing else. You just need to behave intelligently and responsibly.
Regarding the future Moderators. Applications are open to a maximum of 4 moderators per language (the blue badge “authentic account” is a definite plus):
Happy gaming to you all!

looks promising , I'm hoping this will bring more clarity to and activity of the moderators.
Do current (responsible and active) moderators also have to apply again? There are some who I think are doing a great job and don't need to be transferred out. For instance, do they have an advantage when they apply. Or can we recommend current moderators?
@6 I think recommendations should be sent to the customer service. I've recommended 5 current staff members that should continue their work, I hope I didn't forget anyone
Good luck everyone and I'm looking forward to the reorganization
