We’d like to thank ALL the moderating teams for the work they’ve carried out over so many years. But as the game and its players have evolved, we need to adapt to these changes.
And to do that, we’re going to reset the counters to zero in terms of moderating:
1- All the Moderators and other similar ranks such as the “event team” can go to back to playing the game as “normal” players without any particular responsibilities.
2- Next, we’ll open up applications for the new Moderator posts.
This will be a unique rank with 2 main responsibilities:
- to accompany the player, to act as a tutor
- to facilitate the forums, auctions, mini-games, etc.
And to flag up problems, they’ll have tools at their disposal with which to moderate. Any suspicion of cheating or fraudulent resale will be addressed to just one place: Customer Service. The most serious cases will be immediately flagged up to the relevant authorities and the outcome will be the player’s sole responsibility.
We advise our players to come have fun at Urban Rivals and nothing else. You just need to behave intelligently and responsibly.
Regarding the future Moderators. Applications are open to a maximum of 4 moderators per language (the blue badge “authentic account” is a definite plus):
Happy gaming to you all!

I would like to put my name forward to be a moderator again. I have been one since 2012 and ive played since 2007 so I know how things work as both a player and a moderator.
I try to help players where possible and I try to visit the forums and use the mod tools at least oncd every day.
I feel like we had a real solid group of moderators already here in the English community. I hope any of them that re-apply get prioritization over new applicants.
For any former moderator who doesn't regain, or doesn't want the the title any longer; Thanks for your service over the years!
