We’d like to thank ALL the moderating teams for the work they’ve carried out over so many years. But as the game and its players have evolved, we need to adapt to these changes.
And to do that, we’re going to reset the counters to zero in terms of moderating:
1- All the Moderators and other similar ranks such as the “event team” can go to back to playing the game as “normal” players without any particular responsibilities.
2- Next, we’ll open up applications for the new Moderator posts.
This will be a unique rank with 2 main responsibilities:
- to accompany the player, to act as a tutor
- to facilitate the forums, auctions, mini-games, etc.
And to flag up problems, they’ll have tools at their disposal with which to moderate. Any suspicion of cheating or fraudulent resale will be addressed to just one place: Customer Service. The most serious cases will be immediately flagged up to the relevant authorities and the outcome will be the player’s sole responsibility.
We advise our players to come have fun at Urban Rivals and nothing else. You just need to behave intelligently and responsibly.
Regarding the future Moderators. Applications are open to a maximum of 4 moderators per language (the blue badge “authentic account” is a definite plus):
Happy gaming to you all!

For those of you who may have applied to Customer Support, I'm going to keep your petitions and let you know about the decision of our choices when the moment arrives."
This is the exact same answer we got from your email. So did the moment already arrive? Because all the new mods seem to work again.
We (mediators) were only called out as "other similar ranks" that can go back and play the game like "normal" players (because we couldn't do that before, or what do you mean?) I'm still waiting for this message. I'm still waiting for an answer, why you've chosen a new german mod instead of keeping those volunteers, players are even aksing for (because they are satisified with their work). Or at least, I'm waiting for a little "Thank you". That would be properly fair.
Because this is not how you deal with people that used spend their free-time to help you administrate this game/community (when it was needed because the old staff left and Raquella got inactive).
German forums were "my baby". I (successfully) tried to create a real community there that likes and respects each other.
And now you just took that baby away from me. From one moment to another.
As this task was, what made me stay here (because I really only rarely did play in the last months) there is no reason anymore to keep doing this.
When thinking of UR in the last days and how you've dealt with your volunteers, I only get angry.
