A great release today
Squille is just a shrimp of a 2 star at first glance, pun completely intended. Even adding in his bonus, a 7 powered 2 star is slightly below the average for his star class. Now is where is ability can really shake things up. This card is made to defeat 4 and 5 star cards. An 11 or 12 powered card coming at them with the tie advantage of being low star creates a powerful force. Against lowered starred cards, he still has good power, so don't count him out in those situations. The glaring weakness of SOA and Cancel Power Modifications will always be something to look out for as he needs his ability more than anything to stay in the game. A great addition to the clan and with him being common, he should be easy to come by in the packs.
Gravelsnout comes with something that is a little hard to find in the Dominion clan, an ability that does not need to be used early on. This makes him ready to use whenever you need him. He still will require some time on his bonus if you want to get more out of it, so definitely keep that in mind. He also has solid power to begin with, so while losing his bonus or starting it off early may not be the best, he can still hold his own in a raw pill fight. He is a straightforward card and will definitely see play.
To Be Continued...
Palamu is a very solid stated 5 star. 8/7 is always good stats to see on a card. Add in her bonus, and she can go in a little more to try and secure herself a win. Next comes in her ability. Though it may be hard to get to use, she can give herself another quick boost in the form of basically another pill on her. +8 attack 25% of the time from Symmetry could come in handy, but that condition can be easy to get played around by your opponent, so hopefully the cards play out just right she can get to use it. With the Komboka's stronger 5 stars banned in EFC, she could right now take their place as their tank.
To see their abilities and final arts, check out Friday's New Bloods!!
