This is a list over the Oculus agent that have infiltrated the clans

Chang the #Bezerk spy. Chang joined the Bezerk to keep letting out Xantiax gas

Kate the Leaders spy. Kate is leader which means she doesn't really belong in any clans. But she have become the leader spy because she's Oculus eyes and ears and can go in out of clans as she wants to.

#Morhla the GHEIST spy. While she is mostly part of the Gheist clan have even been the leader at one point, she still does have close contacts with the Oculus and they do help her and the Gheist a lot. She calls them her secret sponsor

Scar the Sentinel spy. Scar was a prisoner that survived the plane crash. But he got saved by the Oculus and they gave him identity and made him join the Sentinel clan so that he could destroy them within

Smokey Mt the Ulu Watu spy. Smokey use to be a Piranas member but after leaving his clan he joined to Oculus. The Oculus gave him a mission to infiltrate Aquanis palace. He did so by pretending to be in love with queen Naliah that put him in prison to protect him. While being in prison he spreds the Oculus evil through out the palace

Who are Oculus?
Are they Spies? The Government? Aliens from a Dimension?
what are those Creatures in the Oculus Trailer coming out of the Rift?

There's a possibility that Eloxia is a member given that her bio mentions an "unknown organization" sending her out.

I do not think, that there is only one spy per clan. In the comic "we are never alone" Carlos from the Sentinel clan is one of the suspects. In the same comic we can se a person working on pilzs. In my opinion, he is Morphun

Haven't seen this being mentioned but Baresco from the montana clan in his third art is holding something that seems to be either supplied to him by the Oculus or an agent of sorts or something he picked up through his association via the black market, also to note that he has dabbled in politics in the past.

Colossus - Deth by Drowning

I just noticed that in the Urban Rivals app, if you go to your level progress page there are two new benchmarks for levels 250 and 300. Although these missions aren't available right now you can see a small image of what the character rewards will be, and they both look Oculus! The level 250 one is named "The Administrator" and the level 300 one look like it will be the leader/cosmic entity that controls the Oculus clan.

Also shout-out to Morten and everyone contributing to this really cool forum. Keep it up!

@Aggroking Oculus is a cult that works as the goverment/polit under the control of dimensional cosmic monster that got nothing to do with Sakrohm

interesting theory @Yaoihuntress. I got some more to add to that which I will do soon

Here are three interesting annoucement that shows some theory to potential Oculus agents:

The first link is Daliah and Chiara cr annoucement. In the annoucement we learn Daliah left to start a new clan and that Chiara joined her to become the first member. Its a important link because as we know #Smokey is part Oculus now and it seems weird why he suddenly would join them. A reason could be because Daliah is also part of Oculus. A furthermore proff comes in the two Volkan annoucement. In the first one we learn that Smokey saved Lizbeth but that she want revenge on Oculus because of what they did to Komboka. In the second we learn that Kate makes Volkan aka Lizbeth leave the city.

The thing that keeps popping up is is Piranas leaving and later in some way being connected to Oculus
