Removed from the banlist: Moses

EFC Bonus +2 added: Lennard, Vermaire, Leonaparte
EFC Bonus +5 added: Joana, Ottavia, Doela, George

Regina isn't the problem
A strong card, but not undisputed in Jungo half and/or monodecks
Jean is the 100% undisputed and instant inclusion
Ongh i'm not sure how it would fair in current meta

Honestly for Jungo, I think the next ban either falls on Zip or Superpaquito. Regina is available to fill both their spots, as well as Benecio if he were to go. And if those were to fail they would nerf Excess Ld again
