I was just wondering, I'm not sure what cards are considered "defensive". Are cards considered defensive if they have -opp ability or something else? Also, what defines an "offensive" type card? The damage and power? If anyone could help me understand, I'd be thankful. If there is already a thread that explains this, please tell me. Thanks!
Defensive card is a card that has -opp damage not -opp "ability"...
offensive type cards is harder to define.. you'll get it with time but this cards are normally card with high power and good damage... cards like nanook can be called ofensive cards but they are mostly wall cards...
Offensive cards are usually high star cards with big damage, and high power (like jackie, dorian, skrumxxt, lamar cr, bodenpower, kolos, etc.)
Deffensive cards can rule with power (like nanook, robb with his ability and bonus, or zatman), or with attack like (rowdy, skinner, or corrina), or simply make the opponent's day worse with damage reduction like uranus, vermyn n, bristol, marina.
The best cards combine at least 2 of different kind of ownage (zatman, graksmxxt, dj korr cr), but most of them are already banned in elo.
Pretty ''Offensive'' are cards that helps u kill oponnent into 2 moves, that have abilities and bonuses-like Blaster
Defensive are cards like ella i don't think anybody gonna attack with this card
There are also Def/Off cards like Charlie that can be use in both ways _this makes excellent card to attack, bluff or reduce dmg
Defensive also can be high power low damage cards, eg zatman and nanook, the defensive clan will probably be a tie between pussycats and sarkohm, since the pussycats' bonus reduces damage, and sarkohm has some great -5 opp dmg cards, but theres strong offensive cards in those clans as well, so dont take them lightly
