Many people seem to have forgotten that there already is a bonus = opp. bonus clan. Two of them, actually- Nightmares and Piranhas. Both of them give the fighters the exact same bonus: none. Combat boils down to abilities. We don't need a third clan like that. Plus, you get all the joys of Roots vs. Gheist (or Roots vs. Roots, or Gheist vs. Gheist) whenever you run into either of those clans with your bonus = opp. bonus people. If you've ever had to play a round like that, you know what I'm talking about.
As for + 2 pillz, I don't think it'll be that either. If it is, I guarantee that the clan has no power 7s or 8s. +2 Pillz is essentially +14/+16 attack, even more insane than Rescue/Montana. Without a base power of 7 or 8, the clan won't see much play. - 1/2 pillz has potential, depending on what the minimum is.
But most likely? Skeelz is an exclusive school where people rigorously train special abilities (the impression I got.) So, they will either have the bonus of an exclusive group or a well trained group. No one is as exclusive as the Uppers (possibly Sakrom) and no one is better trained than the All Stars (possibly FPC.) My money is on -x attack or -2 power. Rescue proved the dangers of throwing a totally untested mechanic into the bonus slot, so I don't think we'll see anything new unless it's -x life.
