Tourney Type 2:
Recently, tourney Type 2 revolved a bit too much on the usage of Judge Lynch, Schatzi and Zaveli splashed, paired with 5 or 6 cards of another clan.
We don’t like splash cards to be too popular and this is why we decided to add to the ban list those 3 cards, the same thing we did with similar cards like Phoebe, Beck - Nena and Spyke Mt.
For the most used clans, Bangers and Hive were the most popular options.
We decided to add Joy, Shinobi and Oon Cr to the ban list.
Last but not least, we added both Nekron and Butcher Braxton to the ban list. The reason is that these cards are against the logic of a TQ, and players using these cards would make the matches unnecessary long and frustrating for competitive players.
Tourney Type 1:
Compared to tourney Type 2, in Type 1 high level cards are not played that much since they don’t award the player too many points.
The only exception to this rule was Shinobi, who proved to be extremely popular in Bangers decks.
There was a bit of a ‘trio’ of clans dominating TQ type 1 recently: Bangers, All Stars and Uppers (since the release of McLayton).
We decided to add to the banlist one card for each of those clans: #Robb Cr, Shinobi and Wendel.
We’ve also added Schatzi to the ban list, as he was popular as a splash card here as well.
Last but not least, we decided to restore Lehane by banning John and to restore Floyd by banning Glover, to slightly boost those clans who aren’t too much played at the moment.
We considered a return of Avola as well, but first we want to observe the impact of Mimmo in the DT meta.

As this guide is 2 years old. I am closing this until I find another player willing to give a more updated DT guide.
If anyone knows someone who will be interested in creating a more recent DT guide. Please contact me.
With the new system with standard vs extended etc etc. How do the DT's work now as don't see seperate room for 25* down and 26* up. Are we all lumped into same room now and vs eachother with system autopairing within a certain *count or what? I'm just wondering for purposes of figuring out the highest possible scoring rate strategy deck wise as things do seem to changed a little bit, as I'm racking up much bigger scores with a 25* deck than I use to.
Guidance much appreciated.
Frozen is very good but this week has annhut and lowki banned
this week im playing sentinel ghostown:
bambino dakota cr gus rope la comtesse
lara hate poe redfield and zrobbie cr
warning: im not so skilled player but maybe a good deck builder lol
I'd recommend keeping an eye on paradox or possible half deck with them for their bonus as well on top of being a new clan UR staff hesitate banning cards in the newest clans until they can fill up the clan more. Also look up the potent semi evos you could be using there were waves of retroactively turn old cards into semi evos to open of possibilities and giving unused cards new life as semi evos
Honestly just start spinning the wheel like crazy, make some millions and then try some decks out
Ah I'm not super-pro or anything but.. I think Hive is a really nice clan to get into- sort of middle of the road when it comes to attack manipulation. I think one thing to consider even more so with Raptors being a relatively new clan in addition to Nightmare and Piranas being out there is to make sure your deck composition isn't overly reliant on bonuses, and I think decent power matters a little more than it used to? (At least from personal experience because of more cancelling effects being out there).
As people mentioned, the wheel is a really good way to earn money, but only if you have money to spare (highly recommended that you buy packs when a big fat character is dropped, and sell them early while prices are overinflated). Best of luck!
What changed about the scoring in your experience?
Enigma, Gravelsnout, Dookor shouldn't be allowed in tourney
I won T2 yesterday with around 400 points. And sometimes even 600 points its just a 5th place.
@AtomicBureau - they should increase the crypto rewards and add a card award as well.
Both are hard countered by soa, and both cards are way more easier to deal with than other bigs. Personally I use both of them a lot, while they are really strong, they are not stable enough. For example, Akrakk has low power and is beaten by low star power manipulators.
Oh dang, didn't realise! It just costed me a win haha
Thanks for the reply
15 points in 10 seconds sounds great to me. I won the 20:00 type 1 tonight and a player abandoned to me twice in a minute. 30p in one minute.
I think people are complaining too much about something that doesn't make sense. It's like if in poker you complain that you have less outs to draw to a straight as opposed as to a flush, and you think a straight would have more value than the flush. Our if you think that it's unfair that you draw a stalemate in your chess game when you had a big advantage. Our if you think that a shot off the post should count as half a goal.
People just like crying for nothing but if I can find ways to win the tournament so can anyone else.
You can only leave two fights ever half an hour, true?
You can't even play a match in elo with a banned card. The system gives you an error.

Imperator - Great White North
Just bring back the -20 points for leaving/disconnecting or make it that cards who have not battled are given extra points. Why should the player be rewarded for leaving because they got out played?"
Exactly, can't put it in a better way.
Maybe is really random and you where just lucky!
I actually completely understand that view, but I just don't switch them out when they level up. And #XU-Bot won't level up to 4* in a single tournament, so I don't have to worry about him. Other than that the rest can stay, as even if all of them level up once I'm still under 20* total.
