Edward “Bones” was a talented sculptor with a strange fascination for bones. But when deboned human remains started turning up all over town, it became clear that this interest of his had got somewhat out of control. Finally arrested by Irene after a lengthy investigation, Bones was condemned to life in solitary confinement, far from his workshop where his latest work remained incomplete. Having been sleeping in the compartment of the high security airplane, he only realized what had happened to the aircraft when he came face to face with a ferocious dinosaur. However, Bones, who’d been unable to indulge any of his sadistic leanings since being locked up, probably now counted among the lost world’s most vicious predators. After having strangled the animal and thoroughly stripped its skeleton, Bones made some bone boomerangs that were just the thing for taking on the larger creatures that came sniffing round. So why did he join forces with the Raptors, I hear you ask. So he could return to Clint City and complete his bony master-piece.

When a plane taking prisoners from Clint City to a new jail mysteriously disappeared, the Government was quick to hush it up. The truth is that following a strange breakdown, the plane disappeared into thin air in the Saudi desert to later crash in a lost world where Jurassic wildlife still prospered. Forced to come together under the leadership of Clint City’s two most notorious criminals, the surviving prisoners battled against the hostile environment and ended up climbing the food chain. Now united under the name of the Raptors, the prisoners are back in town with lots of new “friends”. They know full well that their plane was sabotaged and no law is going to stop them in their quest for vengeance!

    Bones review;

    Pros:
    7 power is stable.
    4 damage is decent for a 3-star card.
    3-star card, so doesn't take too much space in decks.
    Ability of stop: power and damage +2.
    SoA doesn't weaken him, but rather strengthen him due to his ability.
    His artwork shows that he's obsessed with bones, which matches his bio, which is really good.

    Cons:
    Ability is conditional (needs SoA to activate it). which doesn't happen easily.
    Has competition such as Ratchek, Rocket, Shaker and Rattle, which are all 3-star cards better than him.

    Overall-7.5/10. Bones is a decent 3-star card for beginners, but definitely not for pros. He is too dependent on his ability to make a difference, and needs SoA to activate it, which doesn't happen that easily. However, his base stats are good enough to hold him on his own.

    While this card has some great STOP, I feel like Raptors needed more 2 and 4 stars, not 3 and 5 stars ...
    But yeah, STOP cards with Power manipulation are thoroughly welcome nonetheless - personally I have developed a sort of weak spot for them, due to using Veronica as 1 of my main 2 stars in La Junta - and I can definitely see a spot for this guy in some decks out there.

    my opinion is bones not too good stop card compare to others... Like three star karen 9/4 where stop makes her 9/7 is way better and universal than 7/4 with stop 9/6 bones... it looks decent but decent is bad in this game wich will be a weak point in any deck...
