    Well it is Jackie Cr`s equivalent... but can I truly accept that.

    For a 4 Star with 8 Power and 6 Damage, it is impressive even with Stop. Oppo Bonus. However a few things to consider...

    Jackie Cr is better than Quetzal when:
    Dealing with Damage Reducing Abilities: Eg. Uranus, GraksmxxT Cr
    Kolos Trick: Jackie stops that +6 Damage.
    Dealing with Willy, Essie or Wooly those top powers.

    Quetzal is better than Jackie Cr when:
    Dealing with Backlash Abilities, Stop Abilities.

    Queztal and Jackie Cr theoretically play mind games against Piranas and Nightmare.
    For Piranas and Nightmare, Quetzal gets a boost while Piranas and Nightmare keep their ability
    For Piranas and Nightmare on Jackie Cr`s case, she cannot get a boost and Nightmare cannot use their ability.

    Besides that Noctezuma Cr`s successor...

    Even though I hate all those cards beyond broken level (Maana Cercei/Ymirah Cr/Behemoth/Serafina) I love Quetzal.
    He is super strong for 4* but at least he is not beyond this broken level barrier.
    I love his art smiley in my opinion actually the best one in game.
