Pretty solid card has its weaknesses but that's just like any other card. This Is surely a strong card for the Ghost Town clan

A 4 Star Ozzy stats and ability wise who can take on the likes of Serafina and shares similar weaknesses that Ozzy has.

i say padre frollo is his only competitor and he wins this one because he still has power advantage and his ability seems more like a bonus cuz it only useful in a pinch so no problem on SOA. BUTT i think digging bill will be replacing a 5* one making a deck 1* less crowded. i think this is important as ghostown still yet to have a good 5* for now so i think this is what the admin are intended to fill. (tho, we now have another option aside from ozzy when finishing the -opp life grind)

a really scary card if you don't have SOA. we probably safely assume that this clan (ghostown) will have a lot of cards that will rely in their ability. sadly, he can't replace VVD (victor can dort) so right now his competitors are padre frollo and guillottinete. we can safely say that padre frollo is in between of digging bill and guillotinette in terms of considering the SOA. since using stop ability is not a thing like digging bill
