He’s even got a bit too full of himself and is already thinking about taking over from his aunt Kerry in a year or two’s time! So to calm him down a bit, his aunt has decided to send him on a series of missions that should keep him busy for a while…
Scott Ld is a legendary character who is only available by carrying out missions associated with him. To get hold of this character, you must unlock his last mission by Sunday, May 1st at the latest.
Maurice - in another clan, a clan with 2 other crap dr's, maurice is the only good one
ottavia - in a clan that doesnt focus heavily on life or 1 pill uses
scott - in a clan that focuses on life and 1 pill uses and they have 3 other dr's are the other levels, this just brings a different look at the boring 4* slot of rescue (i.e the 6/6 meh cards)

hmmm, not quite sure what you mean, if you mean the ability itself then gina glit is better and bert has exact same but it can be used two stars before maurice if you mean that they are weak powered well burt is a 6/3 6 power with - 10 attack is pretty scary and basically focused opponent to pill and do less damage also it can be used at lvl 2 so two star with 4 power and - 10 attack is same as above but cost one less star.
There is no denying scott ld is out done by a number of cards, and one more reduction or one more damage or both would have been helpful, but i see scott getting some serious use in elo, especially on week where kerry is out, lets face it, benson is terrible, and glosh is even worse if your not playing gheist or roots, scott ld is a jack of all trade, a rescue users swiss army knife, you need a little damage, scotts got your back with 4 damage that wont be to tough to get through, wanna force a few pills? scotts' 19 attack in a mono takes atleast 2 pills to beat unless you have 10 power, need to prevent a card from getting through? 7 power is not something to scoff at, throw on +12 and you got a nice wall, need to save yourself from a ko? good thing scott can shave 2 damage off the top
Yeah but Scott Ld kinda fails against:
SOA (easy pickings for Toro etc. or you can just DR and a 4* suddenly is only doing 2 damage)
SOB (sure 7 pow is decent but Nightmare/Piranas have cards like Pan, Hawkins, Raeth, Eadh who are good cards to play vs Scott)
+/- life (Murray, Jessie etc. come to mind)
Low damage walls (Stacey, Lehane etc.)
You say he is the jack of all trades, I say well he doesn't really have a use. If you want DR there's better for lower stars, if you want damage/life gap there's better...if you want solidity vs SOA/SOB there's better...add in the fact that he's 4* (if he was 3* with one less damage he'd be a good card)
Let's apply ur thinking to the other DR's of the Rescue clan
Steve, Slyde, and Pastor
SOA-Slyde and Steve are now just 5 power cards w/ an 12 atk bonus. Very easy to take out. Pastor now becomes a 5* 7 power card, that is easier to take down than Scott Ld(If your attacks match, he will most likely lose).
-SOB-Slyde and Steve are now just 5 power cards. Anyone from Pirahana with low damage, high power can take them down without feeling the burn of DR. Pastor becomes a 7/6 w/ DR which is still respectable just in case he loses, he can bring down 6 damage cards safely
+/- life Steve and Slyde may as well just go sit in a corner. They have no chance against those characters
Low damage walls: meh. see above points
Scott Ld gives the Rescue the firepower that Slyde and Steve fail to back up on. And since he is 4*, he can fit better in an elo deck while Pastor would have a harder time. Whenever he faces any of the factors that you just put out, he does the a better job at still ebing able to fight even if he's crippled. He provides the DR firepower that the Rescue have not been able to recieve.
