As well as allowing you to level up, battle points are also key to the Daily Tournaments as the ranking system is based on the number of battle points won. We have decided to update the way in which these points are calculated by simplifying the system and making it less dependent on the number of stars a deck contains and more dependent on the development and outcome of the fight. You’ll find all the details on this new points calculating system in the rules by clicking here. This change is now in place, including during the DTs.
Well sry for my rant but i'm not a rich player but spent lots of times fighting in dt to get more credits 1 at a time before i bought boosters so currently only 84 in collection after a year plus some months of inactivity but point want to bring is recently facing many decks that do fast kos big 5*s and for one training so slow to get good characters really hard to maintain competitiveness haix...
Serious thumbs down. I never liked Type 2. Getting worse and worse with every "improvement". Also, every staller hurts now even more. What does one need to do often? Oh, I lost round one, let me go KO in round 2 fast so I can hog points and get on. And hope the opponent really does KO.
Frankly, this system is just idiotic. (And as a side-effect it makes player level even less meaningful than it already is.) The really sad thing is that this is clearly foreseeable.
With all due respect UR, I was looking forward to a DT with the new changes. But after just 20 minutes on day 2 I am appalled. There was no strategy needed, just a big deck and Ambre.
When you need over 500 points to make it into the top 150 and winner is approaching 900-1000 then something is broken. Slow players now destroy every chance you have of progressing. There is no major incentive to win as 2 quick losses in round 1 equal a win. Before, a 1HKO from Ambre + Kolos may be annoying but you knew the other player was only getting 11 points or so, instead of the 20+ now. Thats not fair. Why make the masses suffer for the sake of the newer players. Thats what the DM was there for... If I wanted an hour long T2DM, I would ask for an hour long T2DM. But wait, T2 doesn't exist anymore...
I can honestly say I appreciate that you want to attract more players, and simplify things, but you need to leave something in for those that want something more than what is now essentially who has the bigger genitalia competition.
Please feel free to retort as necessary, however banning me would be against your own terms and conditions.
I would love a constructive reply if possible on the forum, I would like to see how you have justified this to yourselves...
