Since Bertha fell victim to a prankster spiking her food with a somewhat large dose of Tabasco, the Freaks circus is compelled to turn to some of its old tricks for the show to keep going.Invited by an ever so considerate Crassus, Bikini Joe Ld returns to the forefront of the stage to put on a new controversial show that will propel spectators, young and old alike, into utter dismay!
Bikini Joe Ld is a legendary character who is only available by carrying out missions connected with him. To obtain this character, you must unlock his last mission before November 3rd at 11.59pm (GMT + 1:00).

@ Wakayama3 : Same spike for Norman ... maybe they changed it in the last minute. Can't say for sure though, I saw the missions rather late and not as soon as they came out.
