There aren't a huge number of people playing this game mode and I've come back from a long break and though bloody hell why not try something new.

I personally find it a bit more exciting that T2 and generally there are a better range of decks.

I've tried using decks in the format of

444
333
22

and ones of

5
4
3333
22

It really revolves around how good the 4* cards are in the clans you are playing as to which you should pick

Unlike in T2 not all your hands are good so I go for a greater balance because in the long run 1 bad hand will probably ruin your streak so making sure every hand is winable is generally how I make decks.

Splash Cards can be really effective if the clan your playing lacks in the lower levels

I've been using deleted with the 2 splash cards in it and I'd say there might be one bad hand where I couldn't see myself winning at all, but I'm working on modifying it to combat that.

Heavy Dr
Heal
Poison
Defeat
+ Life Cards
- Life Cards
+ Attack
- Attack
and Protection Damage cards

These are all important abilities of cards that I'd suggest using as they all contribute to helping your deck counter other decks and force people to play the way you want them to.

Have you tried survivor elo? How did you go? What did you use? Why did you lose? Or why don't you play survivor elo?

I'm just interested to hear what people's thoughts are.

My personal advice for survivor ELO is to use attack manipulation clans. Otherwise you're going to be super screwed when you get less and less pills. I'm no pro... my best is 15 and I get to 10 whenever I actually try for a day. But if you think you're going to use berzerk or FPC... you're just kinda wrong.

My best runs were montana/uppers and montana/frozn. DR is definitely important for long sustained runs. In fact it's not a bad idea to maybe have 1 deck you use for the first 5-6 wins and then switch to like a pussycat/riots deck for the rest.

I had actually considered running a 2hko deck to get to 5 wins and then switch to something else. I do agree though attack manip clans have a good advantage uppers in particular as they don't have to spend any pills to force your opponent to pill where as most montana have to pill at least once.

I just looked at your preset it's pretty good. Have you considered trading Lola for Veenyle Cr and then upgrading Oxen to Kazayan? I know there's some bad with that good but I bet it'd work out for ya.

You always end up with a strong hand with good DRs and huge damage potential

I'll try out both those suggestions but I have a hard time using 5 power cards it's ineffective and normally can be easily over run, though they do have their merits. I just really dislike ruby and Christelle while better isn't stellar. Also pegh is better than veenyle cr has one more power.

I dunno why I didn't think of Spiaghi. Don't use Pegh or Veenyle... use Spiaghi. Either way though... I think Kazayan will be exponentially better than Oxen. Valuable in many more rounds. That minimum of 5 on Oxen can really mess things up. I'm totally with you on the 5 power thing. Christelle is pretty good in a mono deck but more of a wall than anything else. Rubie just... isn't good.
