In type ELO she is a solid pick, as usual.
In T2, Junta have a plethora of amazing 5*'s and more solid 4*'s to choose from. In mono with a leader, possibly.

Zack is right you won't have much need for her in a T2 Survivor deck. Plenty of 5*s and since Junta isn't the most powerful mono clan for T2 you'll definitely want a leader. And any 4* slots you have remaining after using up Raven, Pilzken, Emeth, and Dugan are probably going to Isatis and (if you want,) Bryan.

Brianna for T1 however is a fine idea.
