The list of ELO banned and penalty bearing characters will be updated on Monday 04/20/2015

This list may be subject to amendment until Friday 17h.

Bans are good, but there are some cards missing:

Clive, Kenny Cr, Parmabarb for example

And the playable cards:

Why are there so many cards for mono-decks?
Do you want AAR doing 1500 again?

And please don't free Zapatino :/
