The Cancel Opponent Life Modifier don't Stop the Heal ability. It will just cancel the effect if there is one during the turn it is played.
If you go against Snowflake with Ryujin it will do nothing as the Heal of Snowflake will be triggered the next round.
If you win with Ryujin, I believe the Heal card won't take effect its ability, because it lost
From what I understand from the description of the ability, I believe if you lost with Ryujin to Snowflake (in your example), subsequent turns Heal will still take effect.
If you lost with a card to Snowflake prior to playing Ryujin (let's say it's turn 1,) for the turn where you play Ryujin, the Heal effect will not take effect. Subsequent turns Heal will still take effect
So Ryujinn is a pretty solid card, defensively can go against +Life/Dmg OPs, offensively can tackle cards like Lola, and in emergency cases stall against Freaks and Lear Beaduh.
The Raptors now have a full deck ready to go.
Capri is a rare sight nowadays in UR, a new card with no ability. With almost perfect stats, his bonus helps make sure the playing field is almost level. A cheap Tank for the Raptors.
Ryujin introduces the new cancel opponents life modifier. Though he has low damage, he can be thrown out to stop your opponents big healer or Pierce abilities and keep the life gap together.
July can be, on revenge turns, a good card. Taking your opponents down to her level and protecting you in case she still loses. Though 5 damage is a little low for a 4 star, she is a good addition so far.
Rattle is another good card, close to July but with a constant ability focusing only on power. He will drag them down and his low star count can even help in ties.
