At the borders of the city, Kolos is fighting against another giant dinosaur that no one has ever seen before! All of the clans are watching the battle intently (from a fair distance...) It is said that the outcome could determine whether Rex Sweig or Ielena will be the main threat to the city from now on. Will you and your army join the battle in this Coliseum?
Start: 09/29 14.00 (GMT: +2)
End: 09/30 02.00 (GMT: +2)
It has come to our attention that lots of you have questions about this Coliseum, especially the short time frame and the high credits entry fee. We would like to answer your questions in an inclusive way below.
Currently, we are experimenting with some different reward systems in Urban Rivals. Our goal is to give credits more purchasing power by creating some new and exciting ways that they can be spent. You will notice that the cost of this Coliseum is similar to a pack. However, so are the rewards: a good value comparable to opening a pack is absolutely guaranteed, even if you are not able to play all your games.
Additionally, unlike with the purchase of an ordinary pack, you will be able to increase your results with good play! In addition to great CRs for the top places, as well great Clintz rewards for participants who are unable to reach the highest ranks, you will notice that there are many RB cards available as prizes. Placing within top 200 will earn you a Steve Rb, roughly a 150,000 clintz value!
At the time of this post, there are only 23 participants in the Coliseum, putting the odds of winning a great prize in your favor... Especially if you are confident of your skills! We would like to encourage as many of you as possible to help us out by participating in this experiment. Good luck to all contestants.
I encourage all of you to ask any questions you may have, and I will do my best to answer them.

Sorry ghelas, wasn't necessarily an attack at UR/Boostr and what has and hasn't been accomplished, was just making the generalized statement as Waster was saying. I do agree that there have been updates to the game, though they seem minor in terms of what the community is looking for, but they are "upgrades". As most players have claimed, what we really want is a larger player base over everything else.
I just think it would be best for all parties to lay low on "giving back" and "promising upgrades" and promoting everything that's on deck. Previously, it was what the community wanted - to show that advances were coming; now, since these updates are delayed, it may be best to avoid them until they're coming to fruition. A flip from last year, but the community is tame - no need to ignite them.
And with that, I'll make sure I heed that last line and stay way from any ignition myself. I think UR is doing well, keep it up
@Daxose: No worries at all, I just wanted to explain my point of view of things a little better. As for the updates, some of them are very, very close. Both as a player and a developer, I feel hopeful that we will see some great things around here soon.
