The only leader card that doesn't support/improve itself?
It will always be a 8/7 and if you win or lose with him, nothing happens additionally.
Don't get me wrong. 8/7 is near maximum for 5* card. But it will never get an additional bonus or boost. (not even XP boost like Vansaar or the advantage that you get from counter-attacking because of Ashigaru, which were the weakest imho).
Can't think of a proper usage for him atm.
There are way better alternatives for every gamemode.
Where do you see his strength?
@aggroking Only if you draw him. Otherwise your hand becomes useless. Except you use OP Cards like Maana, Ymirah, Behemoth, etc. in which case you don't even need their bonus to win. Cobb seems useless so far. I will test him and see if i was wrong.
And then play what? Elo? You will get recked as soon as you don't have him in the hand.
Survivor? Let's say you're playing Rainbow then you will get issues, too, as soon as you don't have him on the hand.
Or let's say you're playing 2 halfs. Then Cobb is giving the bonus to the one single card that has none. But technically you just replace the card that has no bonus at all with Cobb.
Or you can play Fightclub and try to impress there with your Bigs + Cobb.
But those OP cards don't even need their bonus to make 50 % of the opponents give up as soon as they see your deck.
So yeah... pretty useless imho. Maybe if you want to level up and put 7 MTs + Cobb in your deck, you get a very little bit more fun. But thats all.
Usually bonus activates as soon as there are two cards from the same clan on your hand. Cobb breaks this rule and makes it possible that even a single card from a clan is getting his bonus.
BUT... by drawing him you will still have one card, that has no bonus at all -> Cobb. So it pretty much nullifies his own effect in this scenario.
