Why compare it to Zapatino? That guy was broken and banned most of the time. I think this card is perfectly balanced and by no means weak at all but thats just my opinion I guess

Because both cards have the same stars, stats, are both openers and have a DoT ability. It just feels like a wasted LD, but that's juts my opinion, because i'm not a fan of the EFC in general.

I think LD cards are generally created for EFC ZPalace.

They are always allowed in Zpalace, so you can't expect them to be very very strong in other modes because such a card would just be too strong in Zpalace.

Yeah if you take away the main use of this card (zpalace) you would obviously always play Zapatino over him

Turgoyak : actually, when he was released, ELO had 12 starting life. That's why he had that rarity (I suppose)

Things changed when EFC changed to 14 LP...

For the Arcade Ld:
Regardless, I would like to see Buga Baga Ld`s performance in EFC. Personally I feel this is an underwhelming Ld. Sure the Toxin Ability is good and the minimum is reasonable. Buga Baga Ld fits in decks well. The base stats are not what I would call Ld, but rather that of a Common Card. I think a base damage of 3 would be nice, similar to Pl4gue Ld.

However, my understanding is that Huracan is one of the middle clans performing in EFC and the stats could be reasonable if we take Magistrado Ld`s damage reducer to account, and Buga Baga Ld`s bonus then it is an effective bluff to scare in Round 1 when the bonus is at its potential best and Toxin is there.
