Not at the moment. Staff will make an announcement when it happens.
"Death Adder will be released in the Elite packs on June 13th and in all packs, except New Blood ones, on June 27th."
They usually make it on 6-7pm GMT+8, but no announcement yet, so assume Death Adder is not in packs.

I`ll make a GUESS as to why the BANS were made:
First removed from the Ban List.
Glover. La Junta do spot high win-rates in T1 with Glover. A switch with Floyd is considered as it is often paired up with Milena`s defeat to set up Revenge. In addition, the high power reducer and the low star count contributes to the win.
In Death Adder`s case, it is probably because his stats are perceived as strong. Whether an 8/5 at 4* or 8/8 at 5*, one of the main factors is his bonus coupled with the Recover 1 out of 2 Pillz. It can be difficult to overcome, similar to Roderick.
In Dookor`s case, although less serious than Death Adder, the ability to reduce the opponent`s power while cancelling modifiers is tricky to overcome. T1 he does use space, but it is probably an area for investigation.
Similat to Fisty Cent, Aegis is probably banned because of the potential of having high power and attack manipulation in a T2 format. This can be due to large star decks ranging from 4-5 Stars.
This clan does spot some of the highest win rates in my opinion. Floyd and Isatis were good in T1 for setting up 2HKOs. If combined with Milena, Floyd`s power reducer can help win in terms of power and Isatis being a 4 Star with potentially 9 Power is easy to sneak in a KO. Even without that, Isatis has high power and is commonly used in La Junta while spotting good win-rates.
Eyrik`s ban in T2 can be due to the fact he is paired up with clans such as All Stars, attack manipulation and Dominion to assist in rounds. His impact might have not been too significant in the past.
Hugo ban can be due to creating attack manipulation. Although not too serious, the paring of attack manipulators dominating the T2 field might have contributed to this.
Melody`s ban is possible due to the fact her Pillz recovery can be used to create 2HKO bluffs. Otherwise, I cannot imagine why she is banned.
In the 3 Leaders case, I would argue they were not banned in T1 because they take up too much space. In addition, because they are 5 Stars, there is not much for them to win a round and an opponent can get a lot of points. In T2 on the other hand, they are paired with more dangerous combos
I believe staff mentioned they will investigate Mimmo in a DT meta. He is probably banned since he is a 2 Star that can easily counter most attack manipulators.
For Mona Cr and Vickie Cr, they are strong choices in DT for type 2.
In T1, Piranas have often spotted a high win-rate. One of the biggest factors is due to their "Cancel Opponent Bonus + Pillz manipulation" Combo. In these cases, they are tough to overcome as they can create situations where they can win 3 Rounds and remove namely attack manipulators. T2 wise, they do not pose a threat. Amongst the cards, the strategy would center around Smokey Mt`s Pillz manipulation.
Scarlacc can be used as a Splash Card. In its case, it is usable at Lv 4 as a 9/6 or Lv 5 as a 9/6 with the ability Corrosion. Corrosion, being a victory or defeat can be difficult to predict. It can help with Knockouts.
Lea is probably banned in T1 since she spots high win rates for a 2 Star.
Marco Cr is probably banned in T2 for achieving high power and attack manipulation. This is similar to Aegis`s ban in my opinion.
They recently spot good win rates.
Lehane is banned in both T1 and T2 for spotting high win rates. As a 2 Star card with SOB and +8 Attack, she can easily counter 4-5 Star cards.
Copper Cr is probably banned in T2 for similar reasons to Marco Cr. In the past, Sentinel do not spot high win rates that his ban was lifted. Cards such as Poe and Earl help contribute to Sentinel`s victory in T2. Probably they banned #Copper for the stats.
Similar to Judge Lynch, Dollum is banned in T2 for the potential to be abused as a Splash card. With the ability: +2 Attack per Life left, he virtually starts as a +24 attack card. In addition, he can force the opponent to use up Pillz and due to his low star count, he can easily get points without using too much Pillz
In Sopiket`s case she is probably banned because of her Power manipulator. Achieving 10 Power in Round 3 and 13 Power in Round 4, she is an easy round winner to force the opponent to play Pillz. She can spot high win-rates and similar to Dollum can be used as a Splash card.
In T2, I guess they do spot a high win rate. Personally, I am not sure why Josephine is banned, however my guess is the dominance of SOA or her stats are strong. The other Uppers such as Herman, Nellie, McLayton do not suffer that weakness.
A "splash card" for new players is a card who can be inserted onto a deck easily without having other cards from the same clan and is still usable.
Let me know if it sounds right or not. Again, this is my OPINION on why the bans were there.
