Hello Urban Rivals players,
We are close to the end of the EFC season, and we would like to wait the new one before making radical changes to the ban list that could change the meta so close to the end.
We only restored two previously banned cards for the two least played clans, Sakrohm and Freaks.
This update will mostly focus on slightly adjust some of the legendary cards.
A great majority of Ld cards had been modified to fit in the old Z Palace meta with 12 cards allowed per clan. Now, with 22 cards allowed per clan, some of them lost their niches and their interest, and we feel they need to be modified.

- Aviria Ld
From 8-5 to 9-5 base stats
Aviria had always been a purely survivor-oriented damage reducer.
This buff makes her a much stronger wall for EFC, and a more solid pick for Sentinel in T2/T3 formats.
- Sight Ld
Ability from Poison 1 to Toxin 1
The increased competition in the 3* department of Hive made Sight Ld the least played Ld card of the Z Palace. This change should make him a much more dangerous offensive choice.
- Buga Baga Ld
From 6-2 Toxin 1, min 0 to 7-2 Brawl: -1 Opp Life, min 2
The competition with the omnipresent Mama Killa made Buga Baga lose his interest as a match opener. This change aims to make him a more solid card to be played in any round.
- Bakuta Ld
From 7-1 Regen 1, Max 18 to 6-2 support: -1 Opp Damage, min 3
The reintroduction of other Heal/Regen cards such as Willow, Leliana and Mildred, as well as the competition with the more solid Treeman, made Bakuta redundant and finding a spot for him in a deck was difficult.
This change aims to try and give the clan a support-conditioned damage reducer for Efc, that should be more balanced than Flora and Arno due to the higher minimum.
We will closely analyze the impact of this change during the week, and it's possible some balance fixes to his base stats will be done next Monday.
- Jaxx Ld
Ability changed from Growth: +3 Atk to Equalizer: -3 Opp Atk min 8
Jaxx was made that way because the majority of the cards in the old meta were strong match openers (ex: Darling, Koshiro, Hoffman), and he could fill the niche of a solid match finisher.
However, with the new 22 cards meta, Jaxx found much more competition for this role, especially with Djengo.
This change aims to make him a more solid card to be played in any round, similarly to his 'colleague' Tuck in the Roots clan.
- Travis Ld:
From 6-5 -7 Opp Damage min 3 to 5-5 -8 Opp. Damage min 2
This change aims to make Travis a more playable Damage Reducer for EFC due to the lower minimum, while maintaining his 'anti #kolos' lore in T2/T3 formats.
- Naja Ld
Ability minimum lowered from 6 to 5
This change will increase the competition in the clan for a spot in the deck with other more popular choices such as Glover or Floyd.
- Lois Ld
Ability minimum restored from 4 to 3, as the new meta should be able to face her more easily.
- Fhtagn Ld
Ability minimum lowered from 4 to 3, as the new meta should be able to face him more easily.
- Dudley Ld
Ability changed from -3 Opp Power min 1 to Equalizer: -1 Opp Power min 1
Dudley was made this way in a period when Dashra was extremely common, and he was his best counter.
After the period of Sakrohm dominance ended, and now with the new meta, Dudley has mostly been seen as a 'weaker' version of Oshitsune or Edwin.
This change will help giving Dudley a unique playstyle, as a killer of high level cards, and will help putting him in competition with Incubus and Sukareto in EFC, as well as being a solid option in Survivor.
