@Turgoyak I’m not sure what the crook attitude that your talking about is. Because by the looks of it staff doesn’t have any kind of crook attitude.
The reason why say that is because staff haven’t done anything to have a crook attitude. They have never said that you are guaranteed a big 5 by opening x among of packs. They only said that they increased the among of drop chance for them. The fact that kyoMT didn’t get any big 5 is just bad luck.
Opening packs no matter the droprate is taking chance. You take a chance each time your opening packs and either becomes lucky or unlucky. It’s the same with lotto tickets. Each time you buy a lotto ticket your taking a chance of either winning or losing. But just because you buy a ticket from a shop and don’t win anything. Doesn’t mean that the shop and it’s staff has crook attitudes

If you read my post above carefully, you will see that it is not the packs I am talking about, but about the unequal distribution of rare cards.
Yes, I call this crook attitude to put equal status on card and then distribute the cards of the same status in unequal amounts. In fact this can even be referred to as fraud in legal terms, but I try to avoid judgement and better stick to opinion only. It can be OK when you fool around, but it cannot be OK with anyone, when it goes aboot money.

It's the same with any other trading card game packs, different cards have a different chance to appear.

I am not speaking about packs, please see post 71
Anibal is a rare
Djengo is a rare
Why is Anibal given for regular missions offering a rare card as a reward and Djengo is not?
They are of a same status, both rare, but are distributed unequally.
So there is surplus of Anibal on the market and lack of Djengo.
So Anibal becomes cheaper due to surplus of offer and Djengo more expensive due to deficit.
If there were fewer Anibal they would be more expensive and if you get Anibal in a pack that you buy for money it would give you more value in clintz.
To me it sounds very much like artificial market control, which is obviously a trick to make better cards cost more clintz and make users eithr spend more time to obtaion them or pay more money to get them, cause they never give strong cards like Djengo for regular missions.
If you ask me, this trick is pretty dishonest.
Maybe I just do not manage to explain myself in an understandable way...
If reward would be "random rare from all rares" but it actually wasn't, then it would be unfair.
But if just say rare card, then it doesn't say you anything more, then it's okay to limit card pool you can get depending on mission difficulty.
But in EFC boxes i think it is actually random rare from all rares because i have got even Death Adder from those.

"But if just say rare card, then it doesn't say you anything more," - I specifically explained how and in what way it is bad for the market when instead of a pool of 600 rares they distribute 100 rares (the least playable - oh why, oh why).
"But if just say rare card, then it doesn't say you anything more, then it's okay to limit card pool you can get depending on mission difficulty" - yeah, and not to forget to specify explicitly what cards are included and what not, so people decide if it is worth it or not to spend their time. Why doesn't UR do this? Users see, wow,a rare! - like Serafina, I will take part! - thus UR makes them take part, but thpoor buddies just do not know they will have NO chance for a Serafina. UR gets unfair advantage by this play of words you just exemplify. These small tricks make UR and people behind it look somehow petty.
Yes, for Z-palace rewards they give truly random rares, however is says "1 Rare" - same as with regular missions.
P.S.: Now that you mention this, it is also funny to notice, how a limited group of Z-palace users with current bugged system when other tier players cannot approach it gives Z-palace users yet another advantage over all other players.

OK. It is your right to be sarcastic. If what you wrote is what you choose to see, you are welcome.

Well, the best way to get rich just to play. No need to be serious. We cant even sell game accounts, so... no need to be serious. Good game, good time killing.
