Important announcement about EFC Bans from Mr - Cold.

"The EFC votes are here! To all the players who finished in Z Palace last week, choose the characters you want to ban here :

An official announcement will be made next week to explain the exact way the votes will work, especially about the unbans, the Leaders and the Legendary cards.
Thus, this EFC banlist is the last, because you will now choose all the bans. But there will still be frequent format updates, such as new semi-evo cards and Ld/Leader modifications.

Today, for this last banlist, #Pr Cushing’s departure was planned because Anthony is made to replace him and open new deckbuilding possibilities for Riots.

Lowki’s unban is made to compensate the three Frozn bans of last week. The clan is now solid with Memento, but too weak against him, that’s why Lowki must come back.

Nega D Ld suffered from a double problem: too strong against SOA, but with a backlash so big he never could be a stable choice for Uppers. This change, with 7/8 instead of 8/9 but a little backlash that only comes in defeat, should fix the problems this card had.

Finally, some semi-evo cards were created to help some of the least played clans and open more possibilities with Memento.
