Hello everyone.. so i've been playing EFC lately and i found out that lots of players leave matches after they find themselves in a sticky situation or in an already lost match and i find it really unfair play towards the winning one. I understand that they don't like to "lose time" but in this way they prive the winner of the satisfaction that he played a good match, also takes away from completing missions. I think that something should be changed about it, for example taking away an extra 10 points to the player who abandons, and i'm sure in that case not a single one of those grinding efc players would ever leave a match again.
To the crybabies who will read this... grow some balls and accept a loss, move on and go for a win in the next match, everyone can lose and everyone can win, be humble about it and respect the opponent player.
There are some sticky situations, case in which I doubt a grinding EFC player will abandon, and then there are situations where a person has lost for sure. I don't know how often you play EFC but if you play often and always wait for all the rounds after you lost for sure, you are losing a damn lot of time (I don't know exactly how long are rounds in EFC but assuming it is 1 min per round, and I think it is more) you can lose 3-5 min in addition per match without any win... I see no point there. Also abandoning is accepting a loss rather than being in denial in my opinion. I don't understand your point of extra satisfaction when you already won the match oO. Do you forget each round that you won the match and thus get extra satisfaction when you realize once again you have won? Honestly, I get kind of triggered by players who do not give up when I have won for sure, we are just both losing time. Indeed for missions it is easier if people stay until the end, but that advantage has a trade-off as well: for missions where you need to win rounds/ do damage in EFC (because I assume other missions you do outside EFC) perhaps you do gain if players stick around. However, for missions where you have to win x number of games, you actually benefit if the other player gives up when the game is lost/ won. Furthermore, sometimes, you win games by difference of damage and you spend all your pillz in your second round, hence the other player sticking around only translates into you losing

In EFC wIn is win, doesn't matter if you win it with opponent leaving or opponent playing full game.
If you are less satisfied with win when your opponent is leaving the game, that is your problem, sorry, but "crybaby" in this situation are you.
Leaving battle when it's already sure lose is saving time for both - you and your opponent. If you lose match after T1, it is much more respectful to leave match instead of wasting your and your opponents time for 3 more rounds.
Missions? They are secondary, mission players usually do them in Fight club. And some missions you can do much faster if your opponent leave the game (example, win games).
Time and making less missions. In other words, overall I am not even sure if you win with the other player sticking around in terms of missions. I even think that penalties of temporary bans for abandonning should be abolished. It just makes the game less attractive. So I am completely against your suggestion of extra penalties in EFC.

You guys probably don't see it the way i do, my background is in professional sport so i try to imagine what would be if someone would abandon a match in football basketball, handball or other sports like that the moment they know they lost for sure. That would be really unrespectful of the opponent as it is in this situation. Maybe i expressed myself not good enough about the satisfaction even thought we all get emotional even when playing games. If EFC is like a competitive part of this game then it should involve players respecting each other. When playing a football game and a team is leading by like 5-0 and there's no actual chance of winning the the losing team should just leave the pitch? I don't think so because it would be very wrong, so why is it acceptable here?
One aspect by which you shouldn't compare UR with real sports is that in real sports, spectators pay money to watch a full game, or products pay to be advertised at a full game. In UR that's not the case (and in other games as well), so its ok for a quick forfeit. Also consider that huge global championships in card games such as Magic the Gathering or Pokemon Trading Card Game allow forfeits, even in finals.
