If you are looking to improve your game and have a stronger deck, I cannot reccommend enough; the necessity of cancel opponents power and damage modifiers as an ability. Damage reducers are plenty. Power modifiers are plenty. Power exchangers and damage exchangers are around. Having a single card that can nullify an akraak, a vermyn N, a pussycat, the dominion, all stars in general (Harrow Ld specifically)...caelus....ongh...the list goes on. Having a card that can combat these multiple scenarios as well as an SOA or SOB is absolutely necessary. It's gamechanging. It can function as a pseudo soa or sob as necessary...depending on what you cancel. Grab one, put it in your deck, run it, and call me a liar if it doesn't save your biscuits. Pill control is a necessity and you still need to win that gamble....but it allows you to be able to even compete at all in most circumstances. Until next time...quexalblaze out.

Do protect and cancel block opponents' exchange abilities now? i seem to remember them not doing so. i was definitely part of an angry discussion back when protection was new over how many instances there were where it didn't actually protect...
