For Prof Hartnell, who holds a chair at the University of Riotspolis, time is priceless and for far too long has been squandered by the Riots students. This belief has led him to create the first Copernica-fuelled clock that enables you to stabilize and fix elements in a precise space-time continuum. And from there, it was but a small leap to creating the Hartnell differential timescale so as to prolong his students’ study time.

It was during recent work on the new Clint City subway line that the underground shelter, housing Riotspolis, was drilled apart. This Utopian city, dreamt up by wise men at the turn of the century, could now wave goodbye to its tranquility and isolation. Unsurprisingly upset by this turn of events, the Riotsville Council, led by the Patriarch Pericles, decided that the time had come for them to at last emerge from their isolation and impose their “wise rulings” on this barbaric bunch of hoodlums inhabiting the surface.

This is a really good card to start off the Riots. In fact, the best Riots card of the four. Only 1 less power than Octana for 1 less star! (Don't forget that -2 opp power!)
I might consider making a deck with Riots in the future... just not at the moment..

First real card review, please let me know how I did.

    Pros:
#1 | 7 Power for a 4* is great, considering this card's ability of Courage: -2 Opp Power, min 5.
#2 | This card doesn't suffer as much from SoA as his clan mates, considering his base power of 7.
#3 | This card's ability allows it to go even with 9 power cards; other cards with a power of 8 or below lose pill for pill.
#4 | With a damage of 6 this card can 2HKO with a variety of cards.
#5 | This is more of a clan thing, but Riots bonus is just really good. With this card he can have a +7 attk modifier when looking for a round win and that's really special considering his ability.

    Cons:
#1 | Four stars, suffers a lot of competition, but not necessarily in his clan.

    I love this card, I give it a 9.5/10.

Doesn't seem like a broken clan YET but this card is certainly very powerful. Its stats are nearly top tier for a 4* but its damage is just incredible. Its ability to win stems from his ability and thus, although without a courage turn he is still a big threat, he is best played on courage turns. The enemy is willing to overpill due to his great damage and thus has to compensate for 2 lost power with a large dose of pills. Even if Hartnell loses, he still gets one pill back, so Courage turns for Pr Hartnell truly let him shine.

    PR Hartnell review:

    Pros:

    Solid 7 power.
    6 damage is solid.
    Artwork is great.
Ability of Power reduction, which is very handy.
    SoA doesn't render him useless.

    Cons:

4-star card, so takes space in decks.
Ability needs Courage to activate. Not that it's a bad thing, though it makes the playing style of this card quite predictable.
    Competition-wise, there's Lenora.

Overall- 9.2/10. Yeah, a great card. Got him today for around 4K, but really worth it.

Would've been cooler if it was reprisal, so he went BACK in time, and the enemy card was in a weaker/younger state.

"He's not getting banned. He only has 6 damage and requires courage to activate his ability.
If he was 7/7 he actually might warrant a ban though."

There are no 4 star 7 pwr 7 dmg cards if he did have 7/7 they probably would had given him a worst ability like - 1 pwr min 6
only shizawa with 7 pwr and 8 dmg, but opp dmg= dmg ability
and jackie Cr 8 pwr and 6 dmg (permabanned)
He has potential to be a weekly ban like X-Odus who can get put up for bans quite often, but not a permaban unless he becomes a staple in this clan just like wee lee and yayoi did in their clans(very unlikely).
