If you had to choose one man to sum up the techno-priests, it would most definitely be the great Rahi Sledon. Having theorized and synthesized crystal glass with the help of XU66, the scientist has changed the face of the Vortex army! He is the creator of the great Dregn’s royal armor. However, this eminent genius of evil would much rather spend his time studying crystal-based life forms. His first projects, C Wing and C Blade, were very promising and despite the relative failure of Ward Hg, he is now working on a new C category project that is even more destructive than C Beast. Code name: Dusk. But to do this, he must have access to the GHEIST laboratory because, as we all know, if you want something done right, you’d better do it yourself…

In a distant future, a prophet revealed to the menacing Dregn that an alliance of the descendants of the Clint City Clans would bring about the downfall of his evil empire and an end to his reign of terror. To put a stop to this defeat, Dregn has sent his best fighters to eradicate the problem at its source, that is 1000 years earlier, at a time when the clans are at their most divided.

    Wait..

If Vortex have Rahi Sledon, aka Hari Seldon, and thereby psychohistory, how did the Vortex's reign ever get overthrown?

And does that mean the Foundations fail?

Oh god UR, what've you done...

Allright, after getting this out of an NB pack, i couldn't believe my eyes at the sight of these stats, so i gave it a shot in a few games which led to the following review:

    Pros:
    - 8 damage, which is absolutely perfect. 2HKO with basically almost every Vortex card, and a fury KO with a defeated C Wing.
    - This insane ability. So, basically, on every round, you put more and more pressure on your opponent, putting him into a situation resembling "overpill or take a whooping 8 damage".
In literally every round, this card is useful, and it's power increases over time.
    - With this ability, its 6 power isn't such a big flaw. If it were 7, this card would be ELO banned and turned CR weeks after its release.
    - The bonus ensures your opponent will overpill. A lot. Then, you get a boatload of pills after you almost killed him, while your opponent has ~2-3 pills left. The Vortex have enough damage to compensate this card's defeat via Dagg, Deea, T Gaank, Vektor, even the extremely situational Ward Hg.
    - Mind game ability paired with a mind game bonus. Perfection, imo.
    - Artwork and reference are great.
    - SoA still leaves your opponent the 6 damage. Without power/attack manipulation, it is still presenting a problem.
    - Superior attack manipulation to almost every card. Gotta watch the power, tho.

    Cons:
    - Damage reduction. If you are expecting these, go with Dregn or Vektor. Or Both. DRs ruin your 2hko. That's about it.
    - SoB means you have to win. Against certain decks, this can be a problem if you wanted to bluff.
    - Power manipulation. In high pill battles, you have a problem. In every round.
    - SoA is a double-edged sword. If it is played because of a cocky opponent, show him what happens. But, if you have a run in with Carmen and the likes, you are dead.

    Overall: 9.5/10
High-powered, high-damage nukes are instantly destroyed. In fact, many cards get destroyed before this one.
Its true con lies with the utility cards (SoA / SoB / DR). These require planning and luck. In every other case, this is the card of choice, and the best 5* Vortex in every game mode, except DT, where Naele has her own ivory tower.

This card seems a bit OP...especially in ELO.

+15 attack in Round 3, and pill manipulation.
    +20 attack in Round 4.

It can kill, it can bluff, it's almost flawless.

"Dusk" huh? The bio says that Rahi Sledon is gonna reinvent something the Gheist failed at. I think we're gonna see a Vortex Kolos soon...

If you draw this card you basically have an auto-win. I mean, if you win round 1 with one of your other cards (even with a 2 damager) (or lose with C-wing) your opponent is in KO territory. If you win round 2 with one of your other cards, it's pretty much over. But even if you lose round 2, now you can go for the KO on round 3 with +15 attack and cleanup with your last card. If this wasn't a Vortex card, it might be passable, but with a bunch of other Vortex's it's just over the top...

JUST HAD A BRAIN BURST!!!!! A project that GHEIST failed at...not mecha Kolos but DJ Korpse!!
Think about it it makes sense because of the time period mecha kolos is too far away but DJ korpse has a simmilar prefix to his ability (growth) and it says in DJ's Bio that he was a failed experiment...
    Maybe something like:
    DJ C Orr
    Power:8
    Damage:6
    Ability:Growth:+5 attack
