As the Piranas’ official doctor, Dr Alma was always amazed by how few patients ventured down to the hold. “Too proud to admit they’re in pain”, was what she very mistakenly thought! In fact, the crew were scared rigid of the lady doctor because Dr Alma has a somewhat radical approach to practicing medicine: faced with the slightest wound and after a good shot of rum, she goes straight to the source of the problem and lops off the injured member. A few stitches later and bingo, the patient’s all ready for the ship’s prosthetist! If you don’t believe it, then just ask Deadeye!

After scouring the oceans of the globe for many a long year, Captain Bloodh's Piranas have finally cast anchor in town – time to stretch their legs out a bit and let their hair down! Noisy, aggressive and thieving (well, they are pirates after all), they’ve been quick to make enemies, and the odd friend. But all in all, they’re having such a good time, they’re in no hurry to head back to sea.

Dr Alma, 7/4 - Growth: -1 Opp Pillz, Min 1

+Very threatening at round 2 and 3. 7 power combined with the SOB reminds me of a 3* Hawkins.
+Think about how popular Andsom would be without that annoying 6 power.
+Fits her clan theme well, alongside Hawkins and Parmabarb, etc.
+Great in mono with Scubb, and in a clan without much competition, bar Taljion.

-Growth obviously hinders her usability at rounds 1 and 4.
-7 power is great and all, but she will lose pill for pill battles against anyone with more solid power, or 2* cards like Z Robbie.

Overall: 9/10. Great addition for Piranas in my opinion. Definitely the go-to 3* in half decks.

Perhaps based on Tia Dalma, played by Naomie Harris in the Pirates of the Caribbean films. She is one incredible card, best on R3, and likely the best 3* the clan has at this point. Great design, and art!

Awesome card! Definitely a good edition to the Piranas. Turn 3 is where it shines.

Solid power and damage. She also has a lot of synergy with other pill manipulator cards of her clan. Her sob also prevents Gheist and Root stops smiley

10/10; a must have for any Piranha deck. On turn one, she can slightly level the playing field; on turn two, she becomes a three star Hawkins; on turn three, she becomes a fork that can potentially stop your opponent from making that final play.

Looks amazing. Best card of the release, I'd say. Hawkins has a friend now - and what a friend it is.

Works great on both Round 2 and Round 3. Especially potent on Round 3 with -3 Pillz, low min of 1, solid SoB aided power of 7. Can corner the opponent and rob him of any chance of victory, under right circumstances.

People are asking for a Piranas DR? Piranas is NOT that kind of clan. They are based on PILL MANIPULATION. A Pirana DR would force you to pill over them (Unless it has bad power or you have attack man.) to beat them. Now they (The Piranas User) would have a pill advantage and would push it with Dr Alma or use Scubb completely dismembering any chance of winning.

(Backstory wise) If she patched up Deadeye, why has she been hiding for the last 7 years? smiley

I absolutely love this card it's always in every piranha deck. R2 or R3 it's a beautiful thing. A potential tide turner and good bluff or semi bluff to play with Hawkins,Scubb,Andsom and Katan.
