When Wooly showed up at the Ulu Watu creek, he introduced himself as a treasure hunter. However, one look at his extremely limited equipment and most of the Ulu Watu members had exchanged knowing smiles. Other than a few clintz, a couple of cans lying around and a dozing Stanly, Wooly didn't manage to dig up much. Still, since this seemed like a good way to clear up the beach, the clan let him carry on, trusting that he would end up dropping the idea. Not him! Wooly wouldn't dream of giving up. By improving his gear with a few practical tweaks, Wooly eventually stumbled upon his own El Dorado: heavy chests buried deep in the ground. Convinced that he's managed to get his hands on a forgotten treasure, he has no idea that a particular crew of sailors will be reluctant to share his feelings regarding these little findings of his...

    CrystalNeon's ÉLO Reviews

Name: Wooly (Reference is Shaggy from Scooby Doo)

    Stats: 6/7
    Ability: Growth: Power +1
    Ulu Watu Bonus: Power +2

    Pros:
-7 Damage is high, even for a 5 star
-A Strong card which has little competition, Stanly who lacks power, Tanaereva Cr (however no one has this guy due to his price plus he's banned non stop), Oraya who has a courage based ability however is strong, Serena who is the only more stable card and she is better in round 1 and 2.
-Possible 9 damage especially in final round is incredibly hard to shut down, from my own experience, Robb Cr and Aamir both struggle due to the sheer power.
-Works well with cards like Eugene as conserving pills for later rounds works really well

    Cons:
-SOA, Chances are people only have 1 in 8 of their cards and thats a 50% draw, then theres the matching of the cards which is avoidable easily. Problems are Gheists and Roots but he still stands strong with 7 power. Only an elite few such as Shakra beat him but 24/7 ÉLO ban so you'll never even see him.
-He is very predictable as I have encountered him many times, always a comeback win with 90+ attack and 9 damage.

9.5/10. The strongest 5* Ulu Watu have needed for a long time to make them viable in ÉLO and along with the addition of Zoe from Bangers who fills a similar role they will both see play again. It is hard to do 10 damage in ÉLO in the first 3 rounds, considering you will lose 2 and win 2 and then there's damage reducers to consider on top of the fact that some of your cards may not have 6+ damage and they will have healers liek Eugene and Chel . This card is hard to beat if they draw it you WILL be in for a hard time.

    @ Jedi_Lrd Fuse

In terms of pure + power, yes.

In terms of power gap, he's the only card to tie Essie.

Essie with Revenge+ Ambre Courage and bonus brings a 3 PWR card to 1 PWR while her PWR goes to 13.

While he creates a power difference of 9 and she 8, she has one higher base power, so they tie.

Ulu Watu finally gets its card to put it back into the lead for PWR. With all the recent Power creep, +PWR clans have been left behind and other clans have been catching up. Wooly helps Ulu Watu say "We're still the highest PWR cards in the game, thanks very much."

Big issue, though, is that normal powered cards are about to get REALLY left behind here. This card will probably get banned from ELO simply because you don't even need to think if you make it to R4. Even though SoA kills the huge bonus, and even though it's only fully usable in R4, it's still a card that says "Oh, hey Robb Cr! You brought Eyrik with you? How cute! What? -6 PWR? I'm still at 6 - 1 above you."

This card will have so many bans, but I will still love it forever, because Ulu Watu is my favorite clan.

That 7 DMG? That's total domination. 2HKOswith almost all 4* Ulu Watu cards. He wasn't relegated to the "6 DMG of shame" pile. I love you, Tan Man, but I think I just found my new favorite Ulu Watu card (for however long he lasts).

What I love about growth characters is thr fact that you can use them in earlier rounds. This guy is stil a 10/7 in round 2 that is equal to tanman. With a Dr in your hand this thing will aply so much pressure. Awesome card to bad he won't see much Elo.

    Wooly
    6 Power, 7 Damage
    Ability: Growth: Power +1
    Bonus: Power +2

    Pros:
    - In terms of raw power, Wooly is a powerhouse. Even when played in the second round, he packs a heavy 10 power, meaning that you can take over those pesky Montana/Uppers in just a few pills.
    - If played in the final round he is a 12 power card, more powerful than the likes of Zoe and Willy, Throw in an Ambre and you've got a sureshot winner.
    - It is very hard to beat this card, even with the Attack manipulation of cards like El Divino or Emeth Cr.
    - Obviously his bonus works wonderfully with his ability.
    - 7 Damage is great, and can 2HKO with plenty of other in his clan.
    - Even the likes of Robb Cr or Aamir don't make this guy break a sweat. Pilzken in a molo La Junta Deck may pose a threat in the earlier rounds though.

    Cons:
    - An all stop kills him, Glorg, Leviatonn, Burdock will all win against him pill for pill.
    - 6 power is low for a 5 star, but his ability + Bonus more than make up for that.
    - Raw power is great, but fact is, a lot of Ulu Watu have raw power. With no other ability to help him, he's in trouble against Zaria.
    - Throw in Uranus and you've basically nullifies this powerhouse.
    - The fact that he has a growth ability means that your opponent will likely use him in Round 3 or 4, making him somewhat predictable.
    - 5 Stars is hefty. There are a lot of good 5 star cards in Ulu Watu. Daddy Jones, who has 9 power always, a higher base power against all-stops and useful Damage reduction. Serena who has less power potential but is much more reliable for use in any round; and obviously the Tan Man, who is a better version of both (if you can afford him).

Overall: 9/10. Very strong card, whose best attribute is obviously his amazing power. Remember, Zaria is just one card in 1207 (currently) who can cancel a power modifier and All-stops are not so common. In a power based clan, this card is very useful and will likely be used extensively in T2.

Yeah it's a new record because he REACH 15 power with Ambre . Plus Essie actually can BRING DOWN a 15 power opponent to her power . And fei has a minimum of 6 so don't count that anyways

he's elo banned because the only few who can match agains him are rare. essie are one of the cards who can match him but that 5 damage are not worth it in elo an t1 . and that 7 damage that wooly have are mostly enough to finish off enemy in last round making him a dangerous card to be in elo. even tho i am a ulu watu player i am ok with this bann because i know how stressfull to figth him
