A few years ago, while on a mission to Poldachie-Golgovine (aimed at destroying compromising documents for Sigmund Cr), Toro ran into Julia, a mercenary who was trying to get hold of the very same documents. But no sooner had they started fighting then they were seized by an incredible attraction for one another. Toro persuaded Julia to abandon her mission: the GHEIST do not take kindly to intruders and on no account did he want her to die. Julia duly agreed to cut short her mission whispering, “You owe me one”. Years later, while being hounded by the Sentinel, Julia remembered this incident and decided to head for Clint City to ask for Toro’s protection. "You can stay with us as long as you want, my darling. And if you get bored, you can always take part in the Iron Mask tournament…"
